This self service, ground floor, air conditioned apartment is in the desirable Calangute area, its is located on the beach leading road, has its own gated compound, games room and offers Wi-Fi.

Casa Arvana is a beautifully newly renovated (2018) Goan style Villa split into 2 large 2 bed apartments. The apartments are renovated and decorated to a high standard The property is located within its own large walled compound on a small lane leading directly to Calangute Beach. The beach is less than 5 minutes’ stroll away. Each apartment has beautiful furnishings and linen and a kitchen equipped for cooking. There is also a water filter for convenience. A games room and large sun terrace just top this superb exclusive property off. Once you have visited Casa Arvana you will want to return time and time again to this close to beach location. Excellent bars and restaurants are also available just minutes away on the main Calangute to Sinquerim road and the centre of Calangute is just 10 minutes walk away. A perfect location for a great holiday in the sun.

Getting around

Most people in Calangute walk as everything is within close proximity. However, car and bike hire is readily available. There are also many taxis to take you on those famous Goa trips. Less than 10 minutes’ walk to Calangute, white and sandy beach which, has a large selection of beach shacks offering excellent value for money food and drinks. Water sports, fishing and boat trips are available nearby. Calangute is buzzing with life. You don’t have to walk for more than a few minutes before you get to a shop, a bar, a restaurant. The beach is also right there on your doorstep so you have beach shacks to visit also. Night-time on Holiday street is alive with lights, entertainers, street sellers. The perfect recipe for a great holiday.

This is a self-catering serviced apartment The neighbour Anton is next door if required. You will be met at the airport by our driver if you have requested him Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 11am unless prearranged with us I will provide my Whatsapp no for communication I give my guests space but I am available if needed There are Staff On Site next door.
