Those whose idea of the perfect holiday involves quality time spent with friends or family will adore this exceptional property. Boasting a wealth of private rooms, a spacious garden and modern facilities. Phase 1 is the ultimate luxury villa with entertainment, spectacular restaurants and a superb beach location within 2 minutes’ walk of the resort of Calangute, you will surely make lifelong memories here.

4 BEDROOMS

Stylish and spotless our rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated with stylish wall hangings and pictures. The blue bedroom and pink bedroom both have king size beds. Whereas the red bedroom and green bedroom have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms are furnished with air conditioning, ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements..

3 BATHROOMS

Each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The blue master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a seperate bathtub room which overlooks the road, greatfor people watching. The downstairs bathroom is located next to the pink bedroom. The green and red bedroom have a common bathroom.

KITCHEN

Offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutler

LIVING ROOM

Situated on the ground floor and opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden. Seating is provided on the front porch. The living room has 2 sofas and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky, books, board games and magazines are also provided. The separate dining room has a table with 8 chairs where you can enjoy a home cooked meal, order in or ask the Villa Calangute Staff to cook you some authentic Goan dishes.

SWIMMING POOL

The pool is located in between both villas and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. The pool is shared with PHASE2 villa next door. The pool size is 9 mtrs by 5 mtrs consisting of a 2 by 5 kid’s pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

HOUSEKEEPING

House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.

GARDEN

The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended and stocked with fruit trees. There is space in the garden to have a BBQ. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.

How do damage deposits work?
