Description

The Villa is located in Calangute/Candolim area about a 5 mins walk away from the beach. The Villa is fully equipped with everything one would expect in a luxury home, including AC's in all the bedrooms as well as the living area, UPS power back, Induction/Electric Stove, Water Filter, Electric kettle, Microwave, Refrigerator, LED TV with HD Connection, Washing Machine and well appointed furniture. The Villa has 3 bedrooms wherein all 3 bedrooms are on the top floor with 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom and the other bedroom having an attached bathroom. There is also a third bathroom on the ground floor. We also provide an equipped kitchen with cooking utensils like pans, tawa, crockery & cutlery like plates, cups etc.

We do not serve breakfast or any other meals although there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minute walk from the property.

There is free WIFI on the property. We can also arrange for airport transfers if required at a nominal charge.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR. 15,000/- WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED IN CASH ON ARRIVAL AND RETURNED TO YOU ON CHECK OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE TO UNIT OR THE PROPERTY. THE AMOUNT MAY VARY FOR LONG TERM BOOKINGS.

Getting around

Public transport is not the best way to move around. I arrange cars, bikes, taxis if required at an extra cost. The other option is to walk to the main road which is 2 mins away, where you will find all of the above.

Interaction with guest

I might not always be available to meet the guest but I have a Property manager who is available during the day to guide and help the guest with anything they require during their stay.

House rules

- This is a residential complex and hence has to be treated that way. The villa is your place while you are staying here, all I ask is that you take care of it as though it were your own home.
- Loud music and noise after 10 PM is not acceptable in the common areas or around the pool..
- Proper Swim wear is a must without which the guest will not be allowed to enter the pool. No cotton clothes allowed in the pool.
- No carrying glass bottles or drink around the pool area.

How do damage deposits work?
