In this demanding age for quality, our guest accommodation has been the focus of much effort to ensure that all our residents enjoy the finest of modern day necessities as well as providing the highest in bedroom comforts. Our villas consist of bedrooms, bathrooms, a self catered kitchen, dining room, living room and a large garden. Our rooms are stylish, spotless, large and airy


Villa is the very finest in comfortable luxury. To ensure that our standards of comfort and value meet your expectations, we continually assess our villa, working with our local representatives, to maintain an on-going program of improvements. The service we provide is very personal and informal. It’s like having a friend visit who can introduce you to Goa through their eyes and experiences, guiding you to enjoy the very best we have to offer.


We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. There are many famous multi-cuisine restaurants nearby for example Au Reverie, Le Jardin, Little Italy, Navtara (pure veg.), Sharanam Green (pure veg). Alternatively if you prefer to stay in, all of properties are self catered or cooking can be arranged for a small fee.


We’ll get in touch before you arrive to discuss your personal preferences, answer any questions you might have and ensure you have all of our contact details should you need anything. Our virtual concierge is a personal online service that lets you enhance your stay with a request for shopping, amenities or services and this extra level of personal service continues when the guests step through the gates of our villas.


Guests are welcomed with a cool drink, before being given an extensive tour of your villa. You’ll meet the manager and be given our phone numbers so you can contact any one of the team. Guests who stay longer than 3 days will receive a welcome pack, with sufficient food for a light snack along with a Map and Guide of Goa. This is just our little way to welcome you to our holiday home.
