Description

Villa Calagute Phase 2 is ideal for a group getaway that’s close to the entertainment strip and lined with eateries, this 6 bedroom house is ideal. The architectural balance and beautifully designed interiors and gardens offer the sophisticated traveler a genuine close up experience of Goan hospitality. A 2 minute walk to Calangute Beach, self-catered kitchen, and friendly staff are other potential box tickers while the property’s vast garden is great for the kids to run around.

The swimming pool is located in front of the villa and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat, and there's even a shaded terrace to escape the midday sun. The 45 meter squared swimming pool consists of an 10 meter squared kid’s pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8 am to 8 pm.

6 Bedrooms - All the bedrooms have elegant French windows which lead onto a large balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating where you can sit down and soak in the sea breeze. 4 bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has triple occupancy and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds which can come together as a double. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements.

5 Bathrooms -Each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. There are 3 en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is next to the silver bedroom. The green and pink bedroom have a common bathroom.

Kitchen--The kitchen diner is the multi-functional hub of the house, where the family can congregate to cook and converse. Self-catering offers you with the flexibility to do it yourself, you aren't restricted to designated meal times. If you want to have a lie in, you can! Wake up at a time that suits you and rustle up a delicious breakfast in your own time or head out and treat yourself to brunch in a local cafe.

Housekeeping--House Keeping is done daily from 11am-4pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.

When you stay at Villa Calangute you get a personal supervisor who will takes care of anything that you may need! - You will not see the Supervisor unless you call. He’s there to help you, and respects your privacy. Supervisor, Raj, lives in the staff quarters at Phase 5 so is a maximum of 5 minute drive away from any of the Villa Calangute properties. - Just call Supervisor Raj 24/7 to help you with anything. - He can take the trash out for you. - Can’t figure something out? Give Raj a call and he can be at your service in 5 minutes. - “Raj was amazing! He is truly a gem, we called him numerous times throughout our stay and nothing was too much for him.- Yolanda C.
