Are you looking for a place where you can do your own thing? A self catering beach house which is modern, located in the most famous beach with all the facilities, stay on the best of the beaches, fantastic food and to top it all the best of the party places within walking distance. The beach that carries with it is the charms of the beautiful resorts, beach houses of the famous Bollywood stars and happening party places at stones throw. A beach house villa which is modern and located less than 100 meters from the famous beach CALANGUTE beach on one side and Baga on the other. The villa has a small private swimming pool with self -catering kitchen.. Calangute beach is the biggest once from Candolim to Baga that carries with it the charms of the beautiful resorts, beach houses of the famous bollywood stars and happening parties.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: Casa Europa, Goa - GOANBEACHHOUSE

In two bedrooms there are walking wardrobes available with secure locking with a stand alone wardrobe in the third. It's a beach house built within the Ocean Mist villa complex on the famous Calangute beach. Even though Casa Europa is in the most happening place in Goa, it is within a small complex of six houses with a private entrance (it is a public road with dead-end, so no through traffic). It's a quiet place to stay and gives you all the peace that you would need, when you need it the most. A place ideal for party lovers and the lovers of the peace, which not many place in the world can boast off. With beach 60 seconds away you would be spoilt with choice. There is a choice of para-sailing, para-gliding, boating, dolphin spotting, scuba diving etc almost at your doorstep. The choice of shacks on the beach is incredible with a range of foods and drinks at hands flag away.

Less than 5 minutes of walk gets you to the beach and best restaurants in the area. There is private swimming pool available within the villa and is exclusively available for the guests only.

• Self catering European style kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking facilities.

• We have an in-house menu for all your catering needs or the chef can cook various meals for additional charge.This charge only applies if you decide to buy grocery for chef to cook. There is no charge for any cooking you may wish to do yourself in self-catering kitchen.

• Restaurant for in-house guests, where we serve Indian and Western dishes including drinks either by pool side, living room and or dedicated restaurant space outside below the pool.

• Internet and wifi for the guests with full body message and beauty care on request.

• Lounge area with sofas, bar and Satellite TV.

• Swimming pool available in the villa and exclusive for the use of the guests from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• If the villa is booked for 2, 4, 6 or 8 guests ONLY, then we give the rooms in the order below. The rest of the rooms will be allocated to other guests and the living, kitchen and pool area will have to be shared by one and all:

HOW TO GET THERE :

From Dabolim International Airport take a taxi to Calangute and once you reach Calengute follow the directions below

1) Proceed on Calengute – Baga road for approximately 400 meters. You will pass Cafe Infentaria on the left while driving.

2) Take the first left on the “beach road” and follow the road towards the beach.

3) Take a first left after Hotel Germany and Casa Europa is in Ocean Mist villa complex behind Villa Theresa. There is a very quite entrance right next to Villa Theresa on the road to the beach.

Many thanks Karan for your reply and giving a thorough insight into the place. It was a pleasure to have you and your family stay with us. I agree this is a true description of the place as it is not only disable friendly but also a home away from home. Amit's cooking along with other facilities and easy access to the beach makes it a memorable place for friends and family. I apologise for the issue of no light for 25 meters leading to the villa. It has been raised with the authorities couple of times and we have even purposed to fix it our-self but still waiting for an approval from them. You will find the same issue in most streets that lead to Calangute/Baga beach and a few of customers find it romantic and love it the way it is. Any other issues within the villa, we try to resolve them as soon as we are made aware. Every guest has individual requirements and we try to discuss them before and after your check-in to make you as comfortable as we can. So we encourage everyone to speak to us as soon as the booking is done and during your stay as well. We also request everyone to share their experience because i realise 90% of our guests email, message or call us but shy away from writing a review. Accept for one email from one of the guests from UK in December, all the emails and messages have been about how much everyone enjoyed the place just like yours. I understand a lot of foreigners are reserved, do not want a cook and find the place a bit unorganised as they are used to perfection but everyone is different. We are an excellent place for a family stay, close to the beach, have a small personal pool on 1st floor, a readily available Indian chef who cooks great food, a daily cleaner, personal parking space etc. This itself makes it a home away from home which no property in Goa can boast of. We have customers who have come back and stayed with us time and again in last 14 years. I encourage everyone to please share your experience here as it helps us not only to improve but also for other guests can make an informed decision. Thank you once again for taking the time out and we look forward to serving you once again.

Thank you for your review. I understand your frustration as you expected the chef to be available from morning till evening as part of the booking. I explained this to you, there is no provision for describing the details about the chef in the header, so a full description as added further down and i put in a copy of that here " We have an in-house menu for all your catering needs or the chef can cook various meals for additional charge.This charge only applies if you decide to buy grocery for chef to cook. There is no charge for any cooking you may wish to do yourself in self-catering kitchen." When you said water treatment facility is not adequate, it is a full pump house. It is run every evening at 6 p.m. but you tried to use it at different times in the day, which is not acceptable. There is power back up but that is not adequate to run AC's so in case of power cuts, you will not be able to use everything in the house. There was no extra charge for any utensils as facility in the kitchen is for your exclusive use as self-catering. There are 2 tanks with pressure motor supplying water to all the rooms. If there is power cut, the pressure can reduce at times. I have checked the TV's and they are working fine but of these 3 are old style. This is because we are so close to the beach, the LED screens get damage due to saline conditions every 12 months. With regards to the lights in the alley, it is a common area which is not under our control It is roughly 25 meters long and if there was any missing light it is beyond control. In all we have taken down your suggestions and will look at making improvements.

How do damage deposits work?
