Description

This luxury row villa is located on the boards of Calangute located in Candolim village next to a 3 Star resort namely 'Sonesta Inn'. This luxury furnished villa offers exclusive living accommodation. Villa Calangute Phase 7 offers elegance, peace and tranquility while at the same time entertainment for all. Phase 7 is 2 minutes walk from the famous Calangute - Candolim Beach.The property comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupation, ideal for a family, group of friends or someone who wants to spoil themselves with ample space.

The entry level price is based on 4 people, one bedroom will be locked and not given to another party.

For 4 people = 2 AC bedrooms

For 5 people = 2 AC bedrooms + 1 extra mattress.

For 6 people = 3 AC bedrooms

For 7 people = 3 AC bedrooms + 1 extra mattress.

Three Bedrooms- All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The blue master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and table lamp. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds.

Three Bathrooms- each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. There is an additional toilet located on the ground floor.

The blue master bedroom and green bedroom each have an en suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. Please note the Green bedroom does not have a wardrobe because of the room size.

Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring gas burner cooking system, cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

Living Room- on the ground floor opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden and there is also seating in the front porch. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky and board games are also provided.

Dining Room- the villa has a separate dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people.

Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. The separate patio area is ideal for a BBQ.

Parking- is gated and provided within the grounds of the villa.

Utility Room- An iron and ironing board along with a washing machine can be found here.

- Inverter

House Keeping is done daily from 11am-4pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area.

Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link in which you can purchase extra shopping items which will be ready for you on your arrival. We do not charge for this extra service, you only pay for the items purchased.

When you stay at Villa Calangute you get a personal supervisor who will takes care of anything that you may need! - You will not see the Supervisor unless you call. He’s there to help you, and respects your privacy. Supervisor, Raj, lives in the staff quarters at Phase 5 so is a maximum of 5 minute drive away from any of the Villa Calangute properties. - Just call Supervisor Raj 24/7 to help you with anything. - He can take the trash out for you. - Can’t figure something out? Give Raj a call and he can be at your service in 5 minutes. - “Raj was amazing! He is truly a gem, we called him numerous times throughout our stay and nothing was too much for him.- Yolanda C.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
