Renovated in October 2023. Unwind at this stunning beachside villa. Villa Calangute Phase 7 was lovingly built with marble floors, high ceilings, and quaint details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy the sea which is just a 2 minutes’ walk away. The villa is located on the border of Calangute - Candolim village next to the 3 Star Sonesta Inns Resort.

Situated in a charming corner of Goa, it offers peace and tranquillity away from all the hustle and bustle but a 10 minute walk will reach you to the heart of Candolim’s busy promenade. Thoughtfully furnished and well-appointed for both comfort and practicality, this 3 bedroom villa is ideal for up to 9 people.

Key Feature of Phase 7:

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 2 minutes walk to Candolim beach,

☆ 3 AC bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms (including one en suite and a separate half bathroom).

☆ Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.

☆ The villa has 2 King size beds & 1 queen size bed and 3 extra mattresses. The two king-size beds are made by joining two single beds and adding a 2-inch topper; if you like, we can take the topper off and the beds will revert to being two single beds.

☆ Power backup (Inverter).

☆ Parking- is gated and provided within the grounds of the villa.

☆ CCTV on external grounds and 2 digital safes in the bedrooms

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 4 nights or less. For bookings 5+ nights, all linen and towels are changed on the 3rd day. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

3 BEDROOMS

Almost all-white inside with colourful backdrops, it’s clean, tidy and practical. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have a balcony or extra-large veranda. The large veranda is a perfect spot for people watching or playing a game of carom.

3.5 BATHROOMS

The blue master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The pink bedroom’s bathroom is adjacent to it and the green bedroom has a half bathroom. In addition, there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor.

KITCHEN

Minimalist, clean lines but equipped with everything that a self-catered villa would need with granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, extractor, cutlery, crockery, mixer, glassware, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by a chef for an extra cost.

LIVING ROOM

An open-plan dining and living room provide a comfortable space for friends and family to sit back and enjoy each other's company. The living room is air conditioned and has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky and Free WiFi are also provided. The dining area is suitable for 6 people.

GARDEN

The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens which span from the front to the back of the property. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended. The lawn area provides lots of space to run around play a game of badminton or just sit back and relax.

SECURITY

Each villa has a digital safe to keep your valuables secure. The villa is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. The villa has additional safety and security features such as fire extinguishers, railings around balconies, outdoor lighting and a First Aid kit for those unexpected small cuts and scrapes. Parking is gated and provided within the grounds.

SWIMMING POOL

Sorry this villa does not have access to a swimming pool. You can request to use the swimming pool at the neighbouring Sonesta Inn hotel, past guests have used this facility but we do not have a tie up with them so it’s up to their management’s discretion.

BOOK A CHEF/COOK

Whilst on holiday many of us don't want to cook and eating out everyday can be expensive, especially when you are in a large group. On top of that, picky eaters, allergies, and special dietary requirements sometimes make a meal difficult to organise and digest. Why not book a private chef to prepare meals for you during your stay at Villa Calangute? An encounter where you can have restaurant-quality food in the luxury of your own vacation home for a fraction of the cost. Just tell the chef/cook your personal preferences, any allergies and he will prepare a delicious gourmet meal just for your group. You have to pay the labour and ingredients cost and it’s all prepared fresh at your villa.

He’s there to help you, and respects your privacy. Supervisor lives in the staff quarters at Phase 5 so is a maximum of 5 minute drive away from any of the Villa Calangute properties. - Just call Supervisor 24/7 to help you with anything. - He can take the trash out for you. - Can’t figure something out? Amazing place to stay when in north Goa!

The place is right in the center of Candolim with a 2 min walk to the beach and the main road. Staff was very helpful and the entire villa gets cleaned everyday.

The villa was about 3 minutes walk to the beach bypassing the roaming cows and dogs. Within 1 minute there was a liquor store, restaurants, little local shops and the ability to exchange your money.… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
