Building just 5 steps from the beach, with elevators, tennis court, and pool area with showers, bathrooms and table tennis tables

Train station 200 meters, with regular, economical service to Barcelona, the airport and other coastal destinations
Private car transfer to and from the airport or Barcelona, at very competitive rates

3 bedrooms – master with double bed and a small balcony with spectacular views, the other two each with twin beds. Each bedroom with large closets.
There are 2 large sofa/beds in the lounge
1 and ½ bathrooms.
Fully equipped large L-shaped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, etc)

The large and clean sandy beach not only stretches for miles, but is safe for bathing and has lifeguard cover in July/August.

Barcelona is a must for most people to visit.
Sitges, and Tarragona are also popular.
Theme parks close by, at Port Aventura and Aqualeon.
None of these require a car.

Magnificent scenery inland for visits to the wine growing areas of Penedes and Priorat, cultural tours of the monasteries of Poblet and Santa Creus, or visits to the National Park of the Delta of the Ebro, with its wildlife and 43,000 hectares of rice-fields

“Lovely apartment with unrivalled sea views”

Stayed in this apartment for 10 days with my wife and from the moment we met Manager Mike on arrival to the day we left we loved every single minute of our stay. We were met at the airport by Mike who gave us all the local info whilst transporting us to our apartment. The apartment itself is spacious to say the least with everything you could wish for not least the stunning views from the front balcony (also a side balcony from the main bedroom) which are uninterrupted of the sea and beach in both directions. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could ask for and even a washing machine in the lobby. There was also excellent Wi Fi in the apartment. Minor negatives would be no UK TV just Spanish channels and the resort of Calafell has not one English restaurant so not being lovers of foreign cuisine we ate in with produce from the local supermarkets which are a short walk from the apartment. The train station just 300 metres away from the apartment has excellent services in both directions but timetables not always easy to understand and we had trouble with the magnetic strip on our 10 ticket purchase. Despite all our excursions it was always nice to get back to our apartment and the resort of Calafell. Finally a few words for Mike the Manager who was terrific throughout our stay and a very friendly guy. True to form Mike was waiting for us for our return to trip to the airport. My wife and I were very sad to leave the apartment and indeed the resort of Calafell.
