Fascinating two-story villa in Calafell for 7 people, only 6 km from the incredible beaches of Costa Dorada!

Three bedrooms, a private pool (4.5mx 9m) and two floors of design decoration, welcome 7 guests in this Catalan paradise. Your own private pool has loungers, an outdoor patio with a hammock and magnificent views of the Spanish blue sky. At nightfall, prepare Spanish delicacies on your private barbecue and enjoy them in your patio illuminated by the stars.

On the ground floor of the two-story villa you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), as well as an elegant dining table, comfortable living room with television, DVD player and a stereo with surround sound and a WC.

The second floor has 3 rooms with the following bed distributions: (1) a double bed, (2) a double bed. (3) a single bed and a double bed. There is also a bathroom en suite plus a separate bathroom. The bathrooms have showers, toilets and sinks.

The coastal town of Calafell is an ideal holiday area for families and children, as it offers a quiet and peaceful getaway a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The amenities of the city (including shops, restaurants and supermarkets) are only 7 km from the villa. The exciting city of Barcelona makes it an excellent day trip: the nearest train station is 9 km from the villa, where the train will take you to Barcelona in less than an hour.

COVID-19 Cleaning Policy Update:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in Covid-19 cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
