New luxury penthouse apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach with unbeatable sunset views over stunning Cala Tarida and the island of S'Espartar, best enjoyed from the rooftop jacuzzi! The apartment has 100sqm of indoor space and 162sqm of terrace space, so hopefully you'll always feel like there is a quiet corner you can retreat to. Ibiza is all about outdoor living so the apartment has been designed with this in mind, including an outdoor kitchen, two outdoor dining tables and two outdoor sofa areas. The apartment has just been furnished with all modern conveniences including a top-end jacuzzi. We hope you'll find everything you need and more!

The apartment is ideal for families and couples with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, air-conditioning, large lower terrace with dining table and sofa area and a whole separate living area on the roof terrace. The roof terrace ("Ático") has a jacuzzi with decking area, outdoor kitchen with a big BBQ, fridge and dishwasher, a covered chill out area, large dining table and cocktail bar . It is end of terrace and enjoys the most private position within the development and includes two secure parking spaces. All this less than 5 minutes walk from the family orientated beach and restaurants of Cala Tarida!

“Comfortable Villa with great terraces and spectacular views”

The villa scores an excellent review based on the spectacular views alone. There are a few minor maintenance things that need attending to but the villa was spacious comfotable and a joy to spend time in. Cala Tarida is a pretty little bay with a lovely beach and several nice restaurants, away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kristina (the owner) a message.

If Kristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
