Description

The fincaNa Penyal situated inside the highest point of Cala Millor , just under the mountain of Na Penyal . The land has an area of 15,000 square meters, which is located in a luxurious house huge field of over 700 square meters of construction.
The house is located on the highest point of the property . It is accessed by a paved road , which overlooks a huge backyard . This patio can serve as a play area for children, or as parking for about 8 cars. From this space , up some stairs , and through a garden , you reach the entrance of the house, which already is high, and affords excellent views over 180 degrees to Cala Millor and sea. In the ground floor of the house, which is full of pink marble , is a fully equipped kitchen , a dining room with a large table , a luxurious living room sofas , laundry, ironing room , two double bedrooms , and a bathroom. The house has a music system in all rooms and can select different channels in each room. Since virtually all areas of the ground floor , you can access the large terrace surrounding the house. The eastern part of this terrace has sea views and is equipped with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the stunning sea views during breakfast, lunch and snacks. Every morning you can enjoy the sunrise from one of the terraces.
The house has a second floor consists of two wings. Each of these wings has 2 more bedrooms , a huge bathroom in each ( one of which is en suite). One of the bathrooms has a huge round bathtub , which give a swim with sea views through a large window . Des of the bedrooms of the second floor you can access two generous elevated terraces , des of which can have the best ocean views of all Cala Millor . Des them is the beach of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, the natural area of ??Punta de sa n'Amer , Coastal Pines and s'Illot , as well as the mountains of Son Servera and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar .
As respects outside the home, on the side facing the sea, there is a huge patio with stone tiles in which children can play . Part of this patio overlooks a covered porch , which is a large wooden table to enjoy meals outdoors. At the end of this yard is a barbecue for outdoor cooking .

Des this outdoor patio is accessed , down some stairs to the pool area . The pool is 10 x 5 m, and is surrounded by lawn. There is also a terrace with sunbeds, parasols, a huge stone table , along with a fresh water shower . Attached to the pool, there conreo area full of typical fruit trees of Mallorca. On the other side of the pool , there are two more orchards .
Both the interior and terraces overlooking the sea and pool offer internet access via WIFI .
The rest of the finca is composed of a typical Mallorcan wild forest with different species of plants, trees and small animals.
Na Penyal Building is located just 5 minutes drive from the main town of Cala Millor and its huge sandy beach . There's a wide promenade with bars, restaurants , shops and supermarkets . It is also 5 minutes from the natural reserve of Punta de sa n'Amer , and the beaches of Sa Coma , Coastal Pines , s'Illot or Cala Bona.
