Welcome to our holiday apartment in Cala Llonga on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Ibiza.

Francisca 4 is a spacious 75 sq m 2 bedroom duplex apartment situated in the middle of the complex, just a few steps below the Mariposa Pool and Bar on the The Pueblo Esparragos, a complex of 140 Privately Owned Holiday apartments with a great views, built on a hillside, overlooking the bay of Cala Llonga.

The Pueblo consists of 2 large pools and terraces, with their own separate children's pool, each pool with its own bar, both of which serve a good and varied lunch menu.

The Wild Asparagus Restaurant; The Bunch of Grapes pub / restaurant, and also The Wild Asparagus Shop and Laundry where you can buy all your essentials and have your laundry washed and ironed.**

The apartment is very light and airy and comprises of an open-plan lounge/dining room furnished in traditional Spanish style, with Satellite TV (BBC1 BBC2 ITV CH 4 etc) DVD / CD player.

The lounge is fitted with pay as you go air conditioning using one euro coins.

It has two balconies, one upstairs with direct access from the main bedroom and one downstairs leading off the lounge with patio furniture for 4 people.

The bathroom is tiled throughout with shower and bath.

An ideal apartment for families and couples wanting a holiday in a relaxed environment.The complex is built on a hillside, there are steps to and from some of the amenities. However Fransisca 4 is located centrally with easy access to the main car park and both swimming pools.

Cala Llonga has bus and boat services to the rest of the Island and local taxis and car hire to help you explore the beautiful island of Ibiza.**

The property is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival and clean bed linen and towels are provided each week. Mid week cleaning/linen change can be arranged for additional charge.

Please bring your own beach towels.

Discounts are available for under occupancy.

When two people are occupying the apartment only one bedroom will be available, unless prior agreement is obtained.

** May - October only

Access to the apartment is from 14.00 hours on the date of arrival.

If the flight arrives in the early hours of the morning, the apartment must be booked from the day before.

Cala Llonga is located in a beautiful bay surrounded by rocky cliffs. The main attraction of the resort is its fine sandy beach which is very child friendly making Cala Llonga a popular destination for family holidays. The beach is very wide, deep and sandy and is cleaned everyday.
Cala Llonga has all the amenities expected of a self-sufficient resort, such as restaurants, bars, internet cafés, supermarkets, a chemist, plenty of parking spaces and beach bars serving a range of Spanish and international food

“Great apartment, great view”

A well equipped and comfortable apartment. The complex has a great number of amenities on site and is in a resort that is convenient for getting anywhere on the island within 45mins, give or take....it is well worthwhile getting round what is a beautiful island that has something for most tastes, although you could comfortably stay put, if that is your preference, without running out of things to do. The view was great and the location fine for walking to the beach and restaurants (5-10 mins) -as long as you don't mind a couple of flights of stairs. There was even a flat screen TV with UK channels for those odd few downtime moments. Ian, the owner, could not have been more helpful and clearly it was important to him that we enjoyed our stay both before and after the holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days.
