Villa Violeta is a beautiful and modern villa with private pool located just minutes from the magnificent beach of Cala Galdana. Villa Violeta stands out for its spaciousness, comfort and its location in the urbanization of Cala Galdana, one of the most prestigious in Menorca. Villa Violeta is a modern and exclusive villa consisting of four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a toilet, kitchen, living room, barbecue, garage and laundry. The house is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility or with disabilities. Villa Violeta is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a double room with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Right next to it there is a bathroom with shower and adapted for people with reduced mobility. On this same floor there is also a large and bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. It also has an extendable table with chairs to enjoy family meals. On the first floor there are the other three double rooms en suite. The main room is composed of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The other two double rooms are made up of two single beds. Each of them has fitted wardrobes and a bathroom en suite with shower. All bedrooms on this floor have access to the balcony that overlooks the beach of Cala Galdana and the pool. The exterior of the house is composed of a large pool surrounded by hammocks for all guests, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbeque area. It also has a toilet located near the pool. Villa Violeta has a garage, a laundry room that has; washing machine, board and iron for clothes and a space for tender. The villa is also equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room, heating and satellite TV. The area The Urbanization of Cala Galdana is one of the most well-known and prestigious of Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its form of shell make it a true paradise. Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters. The urbanization is family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area has a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horseback riding, cycling etc. . It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal to walk for example by the Barranc d'Aljendar or walk through the Camí de Cavalls and discover Cala Mitjana (20 min walk) the charming and unspoiled Trebaluger Beach (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35min walk). How do damage deposits work?
