This individually furnished chic chalet is beautifully and quietly located on the edge of the urbanization Cap des Moro in the nature reserve of Cala Mondrago; in about 20 minutes you can walk to the S’Amarador beach, the neighboring bay to Cala Mondrago.

On the ground floor is the large open living room, generously equipped with sofas and a flat screen TV. The living room merges into the dining area. With its large dining table and comfortable chairs, it invites you to long evenings with good food, delicious wines and great conversations. You will also find a single and a double bedroom on the ground floor; in between a shower room. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is well and generously equipped: f.e. large ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, small electrical appliances, etc. From the kitchen you can directly reach the terrace with the pool. A staircase leads from the living area to the upper floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a double bedroom with a bathroom with tub for common use. You will also find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and its own terrace, from which you have a wonderful view to the sea.

The pool invites you to refresh and the garden grill provides the physical well-being. The house has air conditioning with a heat pump.

It is about 6km to Santanyí, a traditional Mallorcan town. There you will find everything for everyday needs. There are two large supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. The popular weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In 10 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera and in 20 minutes to the port of Porto Petro.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.
