Description

Wonderful ground and 1st floor apartment (split-level) on an exclusive development with communal gardens, pool and parking space. The complex is very private and quiet and the gardens and pathways are extremely well maintained. The apartment is located just a 5 minutes’ walk from two different sand beaches. The shared pool is only 20 metres away from the apartment private terrace/patio. From the pool there is direct access to the sea by ladders from man-made platforms on the rocks which makes sea swimming excellent in quiet and crystal clear sea water.

The complex is in Cala Ferrera and within walking distance to Cala d’Or, both rather upmarket holiday resorts. Cala d’Or Marina is full of beautiful yachts and fish restaurants overlooking the harbour. Ferrera Park Apartments is a quiet complex but close to all services and amenities: bars, restaurants, banks, doctor, supermarket, shops, children playgrounds, etc. One can walk everywhere and a car is not really necessary.

There is a boat tour that leaves nearby which takes you along the coast visiting Cala Figuera, the National Park beach of Cala Mondrago and other beautiful places. The 18 hole golf course of Vall D'or is only a 15 minute car journey away where you will find a lovely club house complete with restaurant and outside swimming pool.

Everything you need for family holiday is right on your doorstep. A local bus can take you into Palma for the day and local car hire/money exchange places can organise trips to many of Mallorca's attractions. A day out to Aqualand one of the islands water parks is a great day for the children and adults alike.

“Fantastic apartment!!”

Went with my 3 children (age 6, 9 &13) and my parents for 2 weeks in June and had a fantastic time. The apartment is perfectly located with the beach, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk which is ideal for a family holiday. It has a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, etc.. and a nice big fridge which is perfect to fill with cold drinks. All of the bedrooms are a good size and you will find plenty of spare bedding/pillows in the wardrobes which was a welcome change to other apartments I have stayed in. Cala D'or is a very unique town as it has areas for everyone, there are quiet locations, lively locations and small family areas with trampolines, bouncy castles and go karts! I would definitely recommend this apartment and I am sure to return in the future! Thank you for a fantastic holiday!!

My family and I stayed at this apartment last week and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The location is superb, the view from the master bedroom is unsurpassable and to be able to take a quick dip in the sea just at the back of the apartment is brilliant! Finding suitable accommodation for 4 adults and 2 babies can be a challenge but we wholly recommend this apartment and its facilities. The nearby resorts of Cala Ferrera and Cala D'Or are perfect for families. We would definitely like to return next year.

We had a great stay in Maria' apartment. Maria is such a nice person and extremely helpful with everything. The apartment is nice and the view is beautiful from the terasse. The beaches are also very close and great for kids. Cala d'or is a very good place for families with small children. The children also enjoyed the nearby playground very much. We also tried several of Maria's recommendations for restaurants and they were very good!
