PMR are pleased to offer this well decorated and spacious 3 bedroom Penthouse. This apartment has a roof top terrace on the third floor that has amazing view to the sea, beach and the bay of La Cala. This is the perfect location for those looking for summer sunshine or a long winter rental in the coastal village of La Cala, which is 5 minutes away from Benidorm and its surrounding attractions.

On entering the Penthouse there is a twin bedroom on the lower floor with fitted wardrobes and a guest cloakroom. A curving marble staircase then leads upto the first floor landing where you will find a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, hob, fridge freezer and everything you will need for your holiday or long winter stay. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and storage. The landing then leads to the large spacious living room with a dining area that seats 4 people this long well decorated room is homely

Enjoy the SKY free view channels on a large flat screen TV and DVD player from the large corner sofa. Wifi has also been installed to keep you online and in touch with family and friends, should you require it, please pre-book it. Large patio doors at the end of the room take you out on to the balcony area that is furnished with wicker sofas and chairs to admire an amazing view over the complex pool and of La Cala and the sea. On this floor also you will find the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another twin bedroom has mountain views to enjoy with fitted wardrobes and this can be found next to the family bathroom. Further marble stairs then take you up to the very large roof terrace from where you can relax and soak up the sunshine all day long, it is furnished with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, There are sunbeds and to star gaze during the late evenings why not treat yourself to a relaxing soak in the private hot tub Jacuzzi! The roof terrace views extend to Benidorm in the distance to the sea and beach which is only a 5 minute walk away from the Penthouse building.

With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe at no extra charge, for your valuables and large enough to take your phones and tables if needed. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.

All amenities are located within 5 - 10 minutes walk, La Cala has many well recommended restaurants and bars offering tapas and the Menu del Dia, menu of the day which is normally accompanied with a good bottle of Spanish wine. Stroll along the beach front during the early evenings and in the high of summer the blue flag beach is definitely the place to be.Within the secure grounds of the Penthouse building, you are welcome to enjoy the communal garden area and large swimming pool. For children there is a playground and for those looking to play tennis during their stay - the grounds also have communal tennis courts for your enjoyment.Parking is included in your stay, should you need it. A car is not necessary for a holiday at this lovely Penthouse but is recommended if you plan to sight see the surrounding areas. Regular buses commute to Benidorm from the Beach and it is easy to take a bus to the larger out of town supermarkets and other towns and villages.

The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible.

Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by.

The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically Spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 15 minutes by car north of this property has a lovely promenade for you to walk between Altea and Albir, popular amongst tourists, for a morning or evening stroll. The fishing town of Calpe is superb to visit and renowned for its fish restaurants selling the catches of the day. Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea. Benidorm beaches and nightlife can easily be reached by car, taxi or local bus service.

Cala De Finestrat

La Cala is a lovely beach area located just a short distance from Benidorm. It is a popular resort all year around and has many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and banks all within walking distance from this property. The local market held on Saturday and Tuesday is well worth a visit to buy local grown fruit and vegetables as well as clothes, shoes and souvenirs.

A regular bus service links with Benidorm and the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name a few. You can also use this service to visit the other nearby towns of Albir, Alfaz del Pi and Altea.

Local Fiestas are well worth considering, the Semana Santa Parades take place during the very much celebrated period over Easter, the lighting of the statues and beach fires take place at the end of June and not to be missed the week long Benidorm Fiesta in November.
