A lovely, beautifully furnished, ground floor Apartment with 2 double bedrooms in a beautiful gated development, located in walking distance to the beautiful marina of Cala D'or and 2 beaches. This Apartment has the largest private garden in the development with large grassed area to the front and side of the Apartment with sunshine all day, ideal for all ages.

It also has a large outside, covered terrace with lounge area, comfortable seating, as well as dining area, & small BBQ ideal for eating al fresco.

Luxury, open plan, lounge/dining area with patio doors leading to outside terrace and gardens with 4 sunbeds. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite TV with a good selection of English Freeview channels.

1 bedroom has double bed and shower room next to it. The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite bath & shower & has two patio doors leading to the outside terrace and gardens.There is large heated swimming pool with childrens pool attached, which is set in tropical gardens surrounded by sunloungers for the guests use. The pool area and gardens are situated just a few steps from the entrance to our apartment.. We take 2 or 3 week bookings from Saturday to Saturday Just a few minutes walk is the lovely yacht marina at Cala Llonga. It is one of the smartest Marinas in Europe with some of the largest and most exotic boats from all over the world, and fabulous resturants on the waters edge. The nearest beach is approx 10/15 minutes walk past all the wonderful boats. The beach has a Bar/ Restaurant and Sun Loungers.

Central Cala D'or is also a 10- 15 minute walk,or a short drive away and has several beautiful beaches. It is an ideal Holiday resort for all ages and our Apartment is very close to all amenities .

This year will be our 4th year of renting and we have received 20 reviews already so I am very pleased that everyone has enjoyed their holiday in our lovely apartment.

“Lovely apartment in great location”

Lovely well furnished and equipped apartment. We had everything we needed for a family holiday including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and TV with English channels. The outsides space is great with lots of room to sit or relax on the sun loungers. There was even room in the garden to play ball. The pool is just a few steps away, this is well maintained, has plenty of sun beds and was never very busy. Great location, we hired a car but didn’t actually venture out in it once we had arrived and parked in the secure gated complex. It is just a stroll to the picturesque marina and lovely restaurants and little further on foot takes you to the town centre where you will find further restaurants, bars and shops. We also visited the pretty beach of Es Pou, this is about a 20 minute walk via a leafy path accessed from the marina. The only negative comments I have are to say that the road at the back of the apartment is quite busy and you do experience some traffic noise particularly if the patio doors are open. The WiFi isn’t brilliant but this didn’t cause us too much of a problem. Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again. The owner Sue was very helpful and informative and made the whole processs easy.

“Well located, comfortable apartment”

We had a very enjoyable two-week stay at Sue’s apartment. The apartment is pleasantly furnished and has the advantage of a large outside seating area. El Puerto itself is quite tranquil in September and is well located for the port and town with excellent shopping facilities as well as offering easy access to the connecting roads to reach other nearby beach locations and inland towns.

“Wonderful Aparement”

My family and I have just recently returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at this lovely apartment in Cala D'Or. The ground floor apartment is ideally situated within the complex, just a stone's throw away from the pool area and set within it's own private garden. The interior of the apartment is furnished to a high standard and is evidently well maintained. El Puerto complex is ideally located within walking distance of the nearby marina and a further walk away into the old town of Cala D'or itself. We had only one issue during our stay with the poor wifi connection which tends to be a common theme around Cala D'Or. When able to connect only 1 user could log on at any given time which caused a problem for us. Thank you to both Jane and Michael for their offer of help and for raising the issue with the local internet provider during our stay.

“Fantastic Family Holiday”

We have just returned from an amazing family holiday in this lovely apartment. This is our second time staying here and this time we travelled over the May half term. We had our two children with us, 5 and 12 years old. They spent the majority of their time in and around the pool as they loved it there but we also walked to the Es Forti beach (about a15 minute walk) and the Cala Dor beach which is in central Cala Dor just around the marina and up into town. We didn't rent a car this time as we like to walk, and most evenings we would just go to the marina for dinner and drinks. What may be useful information is for a short- cut down to the marina we discovered a lift that is located in the road just in front of the complex. This is good to know for those with mobility problems or buggies. The lift is part of the restaurant GAOS and is signposted from the top of the road (just by the glass house which you can see from the apartments garden). We used the bbq a couple of times in the property which is great for a relaxed evening in just enjoying the early evening sun in the garden while the kids could play safely. The pool area and gardens are always immaculately clean and well maintained and despite it being half term was not over crowded. The apartment itself was also spotless upon arrival and has everything one could need for a family holiday, including English TV (BBC, ITV etc) which kept the kids occupied on the odd evening that we stayed in. Comfortable beds and lovely furnishings that you would expect of your own home. We hope to book up again next year. We love Cala Dor and everything it has to offer and this is the perfect base.
