The beaches of Cala d'Or and Cala Gran are a similar distance away and the wonderful stylish marina with yet more restaurants and bars is just a couple of minutes walk down the hill. C'an Mastil is ideally placed for all amenities. The front door is reached through a gated entrance and into a most attractively designed hall, which has a special stone feature floor. From here two steps lead down into the beautifully fitted kitchen, which boasts a two door fridge/freezer, electric oven and vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a breakfast bar and a door that leads out to the rear of the villa and garden. There is also a utility room with washing machine for your added convenience. Leading off from the hall on the opposite side is a double bedded room with patio door leading out to the pool terrace. Adjacent is a shower room with WC. Finally on this level is a lovely lounge/dining area with feature stone and wrought iron fireplace and comfortable leather suite. There is also a TV (News and International Channels) and DVD player for your added enjoyment. In the dining area there is a large formal table and feature stone wall and here patio doors lead onto the terrace and pool area. An attractive staircase leads up to the first floor with two twins and the master double bedroom. The first of the pretty twins has a patio door to a small balcony, whilst the second twin has a picture window. Both these rooms share the full family bathroom. The master double bedroom has bath, walk-in shower en-suite and patio doors lead onto a small private balcony. The stairs continue up to the top of the house where there is access to the roof for sunbathing and wonderful views of Cala d'Or. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit. Outside there is a covered porch by the pool and a barbecue area made from local stone, which makes the whole area superb for living and dining. The 9 metre pool has a most ingenious circular end with steps and sitting area and boasts the latest system where chlorine is not required. A fabulous new property to suit the most discerning client. Will this villa accept an extra bed? No the maximum occupancy for this villa is 8.
