“Wonderful apartment & stay”

My partner and I stayed here from the 20-27 April, we love Cala D'or and the Marina so finding an apartment close by is key. This apartment is a 60 second walk from the Marina and all the restaurant and bars. Although next to the Marina the gated apartment complex is safe and quiet on an evening due to the position of this particular apartment. The apartment itself is sizable and has two balcony areas, one large balcony out from the apartment with great furniture and comfy chairs and another private rooftop that we used for a BBQ and eating on an evening. Overall, a fantastic stay in Cala D'or, thanks to the hosts for all the communication throughout the process that made it simple and easy to book. We hope to be back later this year J

2nd stay in this beautiful apartment, everything clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated, stunning views on the balcony and roof terrace, lovely pool area, short walk to the marina and town, with loads of lovely restaurants and bars, Carn't wait to go back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
