Beautiful propperty, with wifi, barbecue and private pool. Located in s´Horta, ten minutes drive to Cala D´Or
On entering the hallway the owners exquisite taste is very evident. Situated here is a cloakroom with WC. Ahead lies the most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with leather sofas and oak dining suite. There is a feature fireplace and large TV with satellite facility (limited channels)and DVD player. The villa also has wif-fi access, please bring your own computer. Patio doors lead out onto an enormous covered terrace, which in turn overlooks the pool, terraces and open countryside beyond.

Leading from the more formal dining area there is a further, more simply furnished, breakfast room with large table and seating for 10. The well fitted oak kitchen is located next and comes complete with microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry with washing machine for your added convenience.

On the ground floor level also are to be found a pretty air-conditioned twin bedded room and the master double air-conditioned bedroom, which is most elegant and spacious indeed. There is a large TV with satellite facility (limited channels) and it also has patio doors onto its own front terrace. The bathroom en-suite to this master bedroom is beautifully fitted and has Jacuzzi corner bath, walk-in shower and marble vanity units.

An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor and three further air-conditioned bedrooms. There are two twin rooms each with bathroom en-suite, whilst the third bedroom is a pretty double with bathroom en-suite. All three bedrooms on this level have TV with satellite facility (limited channels).

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit with a limited and fixed timetabel from 21:00 h pm to 09:00 h am


Outside there is a superb covered terrace and a few steps lead down to a most superb 9 x15 metre pool with feature statue (partly submerged) and with an extensive splash area for children to play and enjoy. Spacious terraces surround the pool and a major feature here is the barbeque kitchen with seating for those meals al-fresco.

“Large pool ideal for young children”

We stayed here for a week and chose this villa specifically due to the child friendly pool. We had a 3 & 4 year old who were confident in water but not yet swimming and they absolutely loved it as one end of the pool was very shallow meaning they could play safely. The bedrooms are all large and the kitchen was very well equipped with every pot, pan, crockery, cutlery and glass necessary. And there is ample space for several people to prepare food at the same time. The shady terrace overlooking the pool was brilliant. We could sit and keep a close eye on the children as they splashed about in the pool. My 1 year old also loved the Wendy house in the BBQ casita. We used the BBQ most nights and would spend hours each evening on the terrace eating and drinking while the kids were tucked up in bed. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the twin bedroom on the ground floor had a nasty pong!. There may have been a problem with the drains, but as we did not require this room to sleep in, we did not contact the owner about this during our stay. We also had a problem with Mosquitos however with hindsight we could have done more to prevent this. I would suggest anyone staying here take the mosquito plugs for bedrooms. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would recommend this to any family.

How do damage deposits work?
