This delightfully secluded detached villa is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the fabulous sandy beach of Cala Egos. The centre of Cala D'Or with its trendy Marina and superb selection of international and traditional restaurants, cafés and shops is just a 5 minute drive away. There's a sunny and relaxing feel to the interior as well. The attractive spick-and-span décor is enhanced by light-coloured floor tiles that run throughout the villa. The living room, meanwhile, is chic, roomy and comes with really comfy sofas. Patio doors lead onto the shady terrace, with tables and chairs for outdoor meals. Outside, mature gardens with lawns and palm trees surround the spacious sun terrace and large swimming pool. Our Cala D'Or villas are popular with families and friends travelling together. The sandy beaches with their turquoise water are safe for young children. “Overpriced & very average quality accomodation”

On arrival the water heater, oven, TV and room safe were not working properly - the property clearly hadn't been checked. On the plus side, most of the faults were recertified the very next day through our resort representative. The property is quite sparsely furnished. There are no dressing tables; if you want to use a hair-drier then you have to either use the toilet seat or a bookshelf in the lounge. There is a huge balcony area on the first floor but no tables/chairs to make it usable. Some of the furniture was of good quality but also some had been home made to a poor standard. Quite a few electrical items were brand new for the 2015 season. The property has no internet access which is poor for the price asked. The property two doors down, had two dogs which could sometimes bark for hours when they went out. Additionally, the large hotel complex across the street had music playing well into the evening on occasions. If you could secure this property for around £80 per night then you would probably think it reasonably priced for the quality, any more I feel you may well be disappointed!
