This beautiful ground floor apartment is on a small development consisting of two low story apartment buildings set around a pool with lovely gardens. The apartment , five minutes walk from the sea, is beautifully furnished to a very high standard.

The kitchen is fully fitted and there is private off road parking for two cars. The lounge and two of the three bedrooms lead directly onto the patio overlooking the pool, which has the sun all day and is perfect for private sunbathing and alfresco dining.

There are two beaches just a short walk from the apartment in the family resort of Cala Egos. Here you will also find shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and family entertainment.

The fantastic Cala D’or marina is approximately a 5 minutes walk away with its cosmopolitan feel and array of restaurants. Every for a relaxing enjoyable holiday

The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto a private sunny ground floor patio with furniture which is pefect for alfresco dining and private sunbathing.

The patio leads to lovely gardens and shared pool within a gated community which is nice and safe for children. The apartment has two private parking spaces which are secured by elctronic gates.

The Balearic Islands region

Mallorca is one of the most beautiful of the Balaeric islands, making it extremely popular with both families and couples alike.

Palma, the capital, has many places of interest incuding its magnificent cathedral , vibrant galleries, shops and restaurants. Just outside Palma you will find several water parks which are popular with fanilies

There is much to see and do on Mallorca, with its varying landscapes making it perfect for walkers and cyclists alike. Popular attractions include visiting the famous Caves of Drach at Porto Cristo and the hilltop monastery at Son Salvador which provides you with a fantastic view of the Island.

In addition to the two beaches that are within walking distance of the apartmant, there are also several beaches in Cala D'or. Further afield , an approximate 10 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful twin beaches of Cala Mondrago. These are the equivalent of a National Park and offer a lazy and totally unspoilt setting.

Cala d'Or

Cala Egos is within five minutes of the apartment . Here you will find two beaches, a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets and activities to suit all tastes.

The beautiful Cala D’Or marina is also a five minute walk from the apartment. This is a great place to people watch and you will find some lovely restaurants.

A walk around the horseshoe marina takes you to the centre of Cala D’or. Alternatively you can catch the Cala D'or Express - a small train that will take you around Cala D'or and its surrounding areas - a must for the children ! Here you will find further beaches, an excellent array of restaurants and shops including banks. The resort is great for your holiday shopping.

Further afield there are some lovey old stone villages with fishing ports and local markets. Directions for these are provided in the apartment.
