Originally dating back to the 17th century Finca Es Fasser is one of our finest restored original farmhouses in our extended programme.Situated off a winding country lane within a few minutes walking distance to the small village of Calonge where you will find three excellent restaurants and village atmosphere with childrens play in the main plaza. Enjoy an early morning stroll to the excellent local bakery to visit Margaritata in "Forn Calonge" for an excellent selection of local breads and ensimadasWith many beautiful sandy coves including Cala Mitjana, Cala Sanau and cosmopolitan Cala D'Or with boutique shops and an international array of restaurants and local Tapas bars only a few minutes away this is an ideal family holiday choice.

Approached from the garden terrace the main entrance opens into the imposing living/dining room with a 12 seater table, comfy seating area with four leather sofas, Satellite TV and DVD.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob and fridge/freezer. Side door to the BBQ casita and dining terrace.Bedroom 1 is a large twin room with interior stone wall feature and en-suite shower room.Bedroom 2 is an attractive twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an adjacent shower room, purpose built with wide access which is suitable for wheelchairs.There is a separate utility area with washing machine.
From the interior hallway the staircase leads up to Bedroom 3 - the master bedroom with dressing room, beautiful en-suite bath/shower room. It also has external access down a separate stairway down to a walled sun terrace, which is ideal for private sun-bathing.
From the landing area are a further 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, they both enjoy lovely views across the swimming pool towards the mountains. Bedroom 6 is a double bedroom with an optional single bed (can be used as required), it has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bath/shower room.

One of the main features of Finca Es Fasser is the stone built BBQ casita and covered dining terrace overlooking the 12m infinity moazaic tiled swimming pool with roman steps. Spacious terraces are comfortably furnished with restful reclining modern sun loungers and quality bamboo furniture. This is a very relaxing area affording far reaching views to s'Horta and local hillsides and blue Mediterranean sea, ideal for long lazy lunches and candlelit alfresco meals.Well maintained lawns and grassed areas surround the pool and have plenty of space for children to play.Within the mature walled gardens are many orange, lemon and almond trees.
The Balearic Islands region
Mallorca is the largest of the three main Balearic Islands and has been undergoing a wonderful revival over the last 25 years. The island has reestablished itself as a destination rich in culture and offers visitors a diverse choice of unspoilt beaches, bustling towns and breathtaking scenery. The tranquil inland areas have many beautiful areas with traditional old farmhouses carefully restored as holiday homes, ranging from contemporary villas to grand countryside retreats. These properties present the opportunity to enjoy the calming ambience of the island, with space for friends or families to experience a holiday at a property with its own grounds, swimming pool, and of course a high standard of accommodation. If its beaches you're after then the South side of the island can't be beaten; the heritage protected beach and salt lakes of Es Trenc could easily be mistaken for the Caribbean, and the bewildering array of smaller calas (beaches) along the coast line will leave any visitor to the island spoilt for choice. The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island. In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks. Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
S’Horta is a small village located about 5 minutes drive from Cala d’Or, about 10 minutes from Porto Colom, and most importantly, only 10 minutes from the beautiful beach Cala Sanau. In typical fashion, there is an enormous church with a small plaza at the centre of the town. You will also find a few local bars, two small supermarkets, a pharmacy and several banks. The Vall d’Or Golf Course is also within 5 minutes drive. The unspoilt countryside in this part of Mallorca offers stunning views to the sea, and of the impressive mountain top peaks occupied by the Castell de Santuiri and the monastery Sant Salvador.
