From the owner

Comfortable 3 bedroom Ibicencal stile villa located on the second line of the sea in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. The situation is ideally, close to Cala Egos and Calo des Pou beaches, the shops and restaurants are a short walking distance of the villa.

The Cala d´Or marina is one of the most elegant marinas at the Majorcan Island and is within walking distance from the villa at about 20 minutes.

The villa is distributed over 2 floors, on the ground floor we find a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and TV satellite, a dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people, 2 double bedrooms with king size bed with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower completely renovated and a practical and functional kitchen that has been also recently renovated.

An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace, providing partial sea-views and also the third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is very well equipped, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. The kitchen offers all the utensils and crockery for all the guests.

Outside, on the private terrace, there are two porches with outdoor dining tables and chairs. Around the pool there are sun beds and patio furniture along with sun umbrellas to provide shade.

The size of the private pool is 8 X 3 aprox.

Everything you need in the villa , modern kitchen , good size pool & lovely sea views from the sun roof . Only downside is the bedroom upstairs is very small . No wardrobe . Clothes had to be hung… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
