SPACIOUS, NICE AND COMFORTABLE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL

A great and comfortable villa with lots of space and a private pool. Villa Dos Estels is situated in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walking from the beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda, and close to the resort centre of Cala D'or. There is a large open terrace with a built-in BBQ and a table tennis and another covered one with a complete set of furniture to enjoy al-fresco dining.

On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with satellite television, DVD, CD player and radio and a dining table with 6 chairs, there's also double-doors leading onto the covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A utility room with wash machine and a shower bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles with en-suite bathroom and one single with independently air-conditioning units in all of them, available from 6pm to 8am. Downstairs there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Double rooms upstairs are big enough to put an extra single bed.

The garden has a grassed area surrounding the pool.

A 25% non-refundable deposit will confirm your booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. We require a 150 euros damage deposit which is refundable subject to inspection of the villa. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Private swimming pool is approx 8x3.5m with access via Roman steps, and with the sun on it most of the day. Large sun terrace with sun beds and table tennis. Beautiful garden, covered terrace and barbecue.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Francisca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
