Description

Cala Bona Private Finca with pool - 3 bedroom (for up to 8 people)

This typical mallorquin Finca is fenced and located on a 9.000 m2 big property. Surrounded by typical plants and trees in a very quiet area. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

One bathroom is private and ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides also a microwave and a dishwasher. The living room is very cozy with a fireplace you can use every time, if you need. The dining room invites to have good meals, chat together or have a coffee break.

The house has a fast internet access (WiFi) and you can use it for free.

The building has a typical mallorquin design and was renovated some time ago. Outside you will find two big terraces. One is directly accessible from the dining room. The second one is close to the big and private pool. The terrace is covered and offers plenty of shadow. So it is perfect to sit outside and relax.

The private pool is for your use only. It is perfect for adults and kids. Take a sunbath or lay on the sunbeds under the roof to be protected from the sun.

The sea is within a 3-5 minutes’ walk. The sandy beach Port Vell is a short walk. Also Cala Bona and Cala Millor with nice beaches is close. It is suggested to have transport. but not necessary,

Cala Millor is a tourist destination on the Spanish Balearic Island of Mallorca. With 6,500 inhabitants, it is the largest tourist development on the east coast of the island. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
