This grand 17th century country mansion with awe-inspiring views rests peacefully amidst the gorgeous unspoilt surrounds of the renowned dripstone caves "Cuevas de Campanet". Finca Son Riera offers a livings space of 400m2 and is situated on a 170.000m2 large plot. The plot covers half a mountain. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many trees, for natural shade, and flowers. In the garden there is a 12 x 5 meter big pool with 12 sun lounges and several umbrellas. From the pool area there is a fantastic view of the landscape surrounding Caimari. The house comes with 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One bathroom and one bedroom are situated on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor. On the first there also is the large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and washing machine.

There is also a large breakfast table and direct access to the terrace, close to the pool area. Next to the kitchen there is a large L-shaped

On one site of the living room there is a dining area with a large table that offers seating to 12 people. From the living room there are great views of the surrounding area. The small building adjacent to the main house contains a fully functioning Majorcan olive mill. The holiday home has central heating for the chillier winter months. Nature lovers will adore this impressive treasure for leisure off the beaten tracks.

The Balearic Islands region

Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and it does have a reputation for mass tourism and high-octane night-life. However, while it is true that Majorca is one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations, it really does offer so much more as much of the island consists of a variety of beautiful and unspoilt countryside. Staying in our beautiful villa is the perfect way to enjoy a holiday on this delightful island. Where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil. Whether you choose to enjoy the island's many tourist attractions, or to simply drink in the wonderful scenery and rich culture.

Caimari

The house is situated far away from the mass tourism in a lovely quiet space in the Tramunatana mountain range near the small village Caimari. From the house and all its rooms you have a fantastic view of the landscape of Caimari and Moscari. The house is the ideal starting point for car excursions or long walks discovering the surroundings of Selva and the mountains. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 20 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida. For a visit to Palma we recommend you to leave your car in Inca and to take the train to the city. This way you don’t have to worry about parking rules and fees.
