Nestled at the foot of the Tramunatana Mountains and situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Caimari, this secluded villa sits peacefully in extensive grounds of almond, fig and olive trees affording breath-taking views of the surrounding rural areas and the spectacular mountain back drop.

The property is approached via a quiet country lane and lies behind electronic gates standing in the centre of beautiful, mature gardens with many delightful terraces and seating areas. A good sized pool, barbeque area, separate open fire area, kumquat, pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, sun loungers and 3 covered veranda areas complete the exterior, making this villa a wonderful place to recharge your batteries.

The interior comprises a large breakfast kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave which leads to a covered dining terrace. The kitchen leads to a more formal dining room and comfortable lounge area with local T.V channels, DVD player, music system and open fire.

3 double doors from this living space lead out to a large covered terrace offering panoramic views of the surrounding villages. A double bedroom is situated on the ground floor with adjoining shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin, with patio doors leading on to the side terrace.

The large galleried hall and stairs lead to 2 further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and ample wardrobe space. All bedrooms are fitted with flat screen T.V.s. One bedroom with a door leading to a first floor terrace overlooking the pool. Double doors from the landing lead to an enclosed sun bathing area.

A large garage area also houses a freezer, a further fridge and a washing machine. The villa has the benefit of central heating, air conditioning and an open fire with an ample supply of logs, making it an ideal residence for all seasons.

"Die Wucht in Tüten; ein Haus mit englisch-kolonialem Charakter"

Eigentlich eine Sünde hier nur zu zweit zu wohnen, auch drei Paare können sich auf dem weitläufigen Anwesen aus dem Weg gehen; 3 Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Bädern, davon eines Wanne., Klimaanlagen überall. Da ist oben das Zimmer an der Ostterasse, die eingerahmt vom Wein immer zum ersten Morgenkaffee genutzt wurde; im "Westflügel"gleiches Zimmer, dazwischen sehr große, ungenutzte Südterasse. Unten der Wohnraum mit englischer Sofalandschaft, gegenüber vor der Küche geschmackvoll gedeckter sehr Esstisch, dahinter die ausreichend bestückte Küche, für die wir Kaffefilter spendiert haben; ist halt ein kolonial geprägter englischer Haushalt, auch unten gut abgeschlossenes Zimmer mit schönem Bad; Vier Flat TV/ DVD, kein mitteleuropäisches Program; englische Filme, wer abends Flimmerkasten braucht nimmt halt was mit; gute WLAN.. Waschmaschine, extra Kühlschrank und -truhe in der Garage. Koloniale Möbel, antike Spiegel,orientalische Lampen und gefühlte 33,3 Buddhas und unzählige Kerzenleuchter etc. Draußen ein genialer Meditationsplatz, großer tiefer Pool, überdachte Terasse vor dem Haus, und nach Westen schöner weitläufiger Terassenplatz, GrillKamin. Alles fast nicht einsehbar durch große Oleanderhecken und wuchtige Palmen, zudem rundherum sehr viel Land mit Obstbäümen, ein uralter Johanisbeerbaum; schöne Beetanlage vor dem Hauseingang mit überdachter Terasse, u.a. 10 Agapanthi. Inca 4 Km mit Tiefgaragen, supermercado und Markthalle und Markttag ist schnell erreicht. Da wollen wir nochmal hin, mehr Entspannung geht kaum.

"A hidden piece of paradise"

As a returning guest to this property I thought I knew what I was coming back to. However, what I returned to was something even better than I had remembered. The property itself is breathtaking. As you open the gates and you take the short journey up the drive you appreciate the work that has gone into the surroundings to give it that special feeling. Once inside the property, you can see that someone has taken time and effort to ensure that you feel at home. All rooms are of a good size, with each of the three bedrooms having its own en-suite, TV and DVD player. There are also many different areas scatttered around the outside of the property to ensure that you can always sit comfortably somewhere in the sun. The swimming pool area has a number of loungers, chairs and talbes and the pool itself is clean and refreshing. The setting is beautiful, tucked away in a village at the bottom on the mountains. The village has maintained its autenticity but at the same time seems to have embraced the fact that there are many people passing through ths hidden gem and as a result seems to be thriving. There are numerous places to eat, all of which in my experience offered both great food and service. We opted to hire a car and with this being the case anywhere we wish to go was no more than an hour away. I would have no hesitation to return here once again....and again.....and again.

"Perfect hideaway"

A stay in this beautiful villa will ease some of the day-to-day worries. You are far enough away from the hectic rush and noise of the bigger cities on the island. We felt at home right from the beginning of our stay and we rarely wanted to leave the estate, not only because of the wonderful sunsets with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains and Caimari, but also because of the great pool. We'll be back!
