This chalet has recently been re-decorated to a modern standard.

Hill top lake view is positioned with a lovely relaxed atmosphere of the lake.

There is large grassed area to the rear with outside furniture.

Hill top lake view benefits from double glazing and is fully insulated with a t.v in the lounge/ bedroom. There is a modern kitchen which consists of an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery pots and pans.

Which benefits from a lake , river and mature woodland

Also benefits from heated outdoor swimming pool which is aviliable for use from spring bank holiday until the beginning of September

There is also poolside bar/club house which offers food and entertainment for children and adults.

Also there is a childrens outdoor play area , other facilities include

Pillows and quilts are provided for each bed. Unless you have booked the linen service ,duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided and you should take these with you. The duvets sizes are single or double .

If you are used to sleeping in several layers of blankets you should take those with you.( there is a fee of £10 a bed if you require a linen service)

“Great place to stay”

Travelled with 8 year old son, sister , teenage niece and dog. Pleased to find a modern lodge which was clean and tidy and everyone was happy with. Kitchen had everything you need with great oven, hob and small microwave. Bathroom was clean with full size shower and the 2 bedrooms and lounge had enough space to settle in for the week without living out of suitcases or tripping over each other. Could maybe do with an extra armchair as only a 3 seater sofa as a comfy seat.We had 2 cars but there is ample parking by the lodge so this wasn't a problem, bit of a steep walk up to it when you walk back from the pool but shouldn't bother anyone unless they have reduced mobility. Massive tv which was good to chill in front of in the evenings (Rio olympics was on!) after great days out in portmeirion, Anglesey, llanberis etc - a great base for exploring. Within easy reach of Caernarfon and only up the road if you navigate the one way system correctly after leaving morrissons supermarket (great for stocking up for the week) - easy to find for most people, I'm just rubbish at following sat nav/remembering routes. We had excellent weather and used the pool most days, site very clean and tidy as was pool area - can't fault any of it and will definitely return. Minor issue raised with owner was responded to quickly and efficiently which left us to enjoy our holiday. Good space outside as well though not enclosed so you will need an obedient dog, or long lead, to stop them straying. Garden furniture and bbq all there to use. Loved the holiday and the lodge - there was nothing we missed from home which suggests that the owners have thought of everything that's needed for a great holiday. Highly recommended.
