Self Catering beautiful fully equipped detached holiday chalet with views of the lake in the quite Woodland Holiday Park of Glan Gwna on the Lleyn Peninsula situated on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Between Bedgellert and Caernarfon.

2 Bedrooms Sleeps 5 suitable for families 1 double bed, Bund Beds & fold up ideal for a child

Fully Fitted Kitchen well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave toaster, iron etc. Open plan lounge with table & chairs, 2 sofas, TV with built in DVD player. Wifi available in the chalet.

Patio doors opening onto decking with BBQ and patio table and chairs and 2 sun loungers

Bathroom with bath and shower Hairdryer

Electric is by card meter I have this topped up and you only pay for the amount you use

Club House with free wifi some entertainment during holiday season Outdoor swimming pool End of May till beginning of September

Fishing on the lake licence required small charge for over 12 year olds also fishing on the river that runs around the site and also another lake nearby

Glan Gwna is 1.1/2 mils from the royal Town of Caernarfon with a mediaeval castle, you can take a boat trip on the beautiful Menai Strait during the summer months In Caernarfon there are numerous restaurants to dine in.

Nearest Beach is Dinas Dinlle and lots of other beaches nearby. Anglesey has beautifully beaches favourite one is Newborough other beaches Red Wharf Bay, Rhosneigr, Treaddur Bay.

The Welsh Highland Railway starts at Caernarfon and winds its way through the stunning Snowdonia National Park before arriving at Porthmadog with is lovely beaches

Porth Dinllaen is home to the famous Ty Coch pub voted 3rd best beach bar in the world Morfa Nefyn has a nice beach with rock pools ideal for crabbing and shrips also the famous golf course.

Llanberis is 7 miles away where the Snowdon Mountain Railway runs to the summit of Snowdon Wales highest mountain or you can climb it.

Nearby is Gypsy Wood, Greenwood Forest Park which has the only man powered rollercoaster in Europe, Pili Palas with is new Meercat and Anglesey Sea Zoo The longest & fastest zip wire in Europe is only 20 minutes drive away near Bethesda.

The chalet is a perfect base for oudoor pursuits hillwalking, rock climbing, mountain biking Kayaking & fishing

The chalet is clean comfortable and very relaxing Wales has something for everyone to enjoy

I would advise a car to get around. There is a bus stop outside the site. Also Taxis are easy to get you to local places. The nearest main stations is at Bangor about 10 miles away.
