And welcome to an incredibly sunny flat!

The beautiful andalusian sun stays with us.

Very close to the beach, just 2 minutes walk.

The price is 30 euros for 2 persons/night (low season) in 1 double room.

For every extra person, +20 euros.

You can use everything in the house, except the other bedrooms.

Excellent location very close to the beach, just 2 minutes walk!!.

Right at the best place in Victoria Beach, the best urban beach in southern Spain,

Very quiet neighborhood,

Room to rent with double bed, kitchen, full furnitured, bed linen and towels included.

It is my own home and I live alone.

20 minutes walk to the downtown or just a short ride by bus.

Internet wifi,

Satellite TV.

Cádiz is a beautiful old city, occupying a tiny peninsula on the south coast of Spain, it is well worth a visit. The old town is in the tip of the peninsula and is buzzing with beautiful plazas that are constantly full of life. To get here, you must pass through the new town, an elegant metropolis with excellent beaches.

Many people combine a visit to Cadiz with a trip to Jerez as a day trip from Seville.



Increiblemente soleado y luminoso. El sol andaluz vive en esta casa. Maravilloso piso a 1 minuto del mar. El precio es de 30€ para 2 personas/noche (temporada baja) por habitación doble. A partir de 2 personas, por cada persona extra, 20 euros.. A 35 metros de la playa. Puedes hacer uso de todo en la casa. cocina, terraza, cuarto de baño completo, azotea solarium. Completamente amueblado, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas, Internet wifi de fibra óptica. Está en la mejor zona de la playa victoria. Zona muy tranquila. En verano, enfrente, en la playa, hay actuaciones musicales en vivo. A 5 minutos de la mejor zona de ocio en Cádiz. Tengo sombrillas y sillas para prestar. A 20 minutos andando del centro histórico. Portero automático, ascensor, armarios empotrados, parqué, totalmente amueblado, electrodomésticos, horno, lavadora, microondas, nevera, TV, Internet wifi en toda la casa, puerta blindada, terraza, patio.
