Quaint little finca out in a nature surrounded by olive trees with views of the mountains this place is perfect for a couple or family with young children wanting outside space and peace and quiet from the hussel and bussel of town and yet it is only 25 minutes walk from the centre of cadaques and with plenty of parking. The property is situated only a 2 minute walk from the sea and the famous hippy island and 10 minutes from the Dali house at port ligat. If you are looking for a place full of charm and character to transport you back to the simple and old cadaques feel of life this is the place for you.

within reasonable walk to the pretty lively town passing several small bays. property situated in rough ground. had a sea view from outside adequate seating area once it was cleaned. bathroom was like an outside building where towels remained damp, no towel rail only 2 hooks. washing machine area ok once it was cleaned. items that were absent or broken supplied/replaced by owner

Had it not been for the owner's lack of response for directions and the ensuing need to book another hotel for the first night of our stay—I would have given this rental five stars. As it was, a great deal of avoidable stress was created simply because of her choice to leave e-mails unanswered. The finca was adorable and comfortable and while you do need a car to stay there-was still in walking distance to the water. So: do not what we did and assume the owner will be where she says she will. Get moving-in details sorted way in advance and if you like rustic and simple: this is a great little place.

Owner's reply: I would like to respond to this review as I feel that the title is rather harsh and incorrect (renter beware) unfortunately in this particular case the tenants did not have a working phone and for some reason did not respond to my emails that I sent to them on the day of arrival. In fact I was waiting for them where and when I said I would be but they where not there and un reachable and made their own personal decision to book another place. For future tenants I would like to advise that you have a working contact number on the day of arrival, as from experience of renting for some time and a number of properties I know that arrival times change for various reasons and planing in advance is only a guide line. The best thing is to message me and hour or so before and then again on entering Cadaqués. I do however appreciate their review on the house and am of course sorry for the misunderstanding and complicated start.
