This ideally situated townhouse, located just outside of the fashionable Puerto Cabopino, offers visitors the best of everything. Just 10 minutes walk from one of the best and safest beaches on the Costa del Sol, you are also adjacent to Cabopino golf course. There is a local shop and a bar/restaurant only a two minute walk away, whilst the beach and port areas offer a whole host of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Some of these venues regularly have live entertainment too. The house itself sits on a very quiet semi-residential complex, so whilst convenient for local amenities it is equally suitable for rest and relaxation away from the busier areas. It boasts sea, pool, mountain and golf views and offers visitors something for every mood. The property has been little used since December 2019 and throughout the Covid-19 crisis, so guests can be confident of it's cleanliness and safety in this respect.

We do advertise the property as being in a semi-residential community rather than an out and out holiday complex, which seems to suit the vast majority of our visitors, however I'm sorry if you found it a bit too quiet. Christmas can be unpredictable in terms of how many people are around.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
