Description

This ideally situated townhouse, located just outside of the fashionable Puerto Cabopino, offers visitors the best of everything. Just 10 minutes walk from one of the best and safest beaches on the Costa del Sol, you are also adjacent to Cabopino golf course. There is a local shop and a bar/restaurant only a two minute walk away, whilst the beach and port areas offer a whole host of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Some of these venues regularly have live entertainment too. The house itself sits on a very quiet semi-residential complex, so whilst convenient for local amenities it is equally suitable for rest and relaxation away from the busier areas. It boasts sea, pool, mountain and golf views and offers visitors something for every mood.

Good location, close to beach, bars, restaurants etc and only 10 mins drive to Marbella, La Canada, etc etc Good size property for party of 6 with 3 bathrooms. Great pool area and terraces. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

“Absolutely Fabulous House and Location”

This was our first visit to this house, after visiting the area each summer for 20 + years, and would not hesitate to return again. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The top terrace is for more than drying out any clothes.......The views are perfect for star / moon and sun set gazing.....Not to mention the birds including swifts and swallows glide by. The surroundings are superb with sea views, the greenery of the adjacent golf course is amazing and the proximity to sea /shops and restaurants etc is hard to equal...... The pool is so sparkling clean.... Our experience was that it was relatively quite around and the pool is so spacious that each day we never missed a dip. Mark is very helpful, very good responses and provides all the information needed to help visit go smoothly, esp if you're not too familiar with the area and all it offers. Highly recommended.

We've stayed in Cabopino on a number of occasions which we love. It's just 20 or so minutes from Malaga airport, with a lovely harbour and the most fantastic beaches and restaurants all within walking distance. The buses run regularly along the coast to Marbella so you don't necessarily need a car, unless you plan on venturing further. This year my husband, younger daugher (12), elder daughter (19) and her boyfriend stayed in this amazing townhouse. The layout was just perfect for what we needed to cater for the different ages and equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The complex itself was very quiet and peaceful and the views from the top terrace are amazing. Mark's communication with our booking was excellent and the information file left for visitors in the house was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

“Fantastic”

I don't normally write review's but couldn't let this one pass. The house was just perfect well equipped clean and alot bigger than you think. My daughter was well pleased with her basement double room and ensuite. Location was ideal in a quiet area but with in walking distance to shop,restaurants and beach. The view from top balcony is amazing. Management corresponce was second to none. Thank you Mark and team. Geraldine.

Well equipped, tastefully furnished and perfectly located, this townhouse near Puerto Cabopino met all our requirements. Las Lomas is a quality , secure urbanization in a handy peaceful part of Cabopino within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. Alternatively Marbella and the Golden Mile is just 15 minutes drive away. The owner's communication was first class and trouble free. The sum total of our experience of this Spring Holiday was perfect.

“Amazing”

From the moment we booked with owners (Mark & Kaye) we knew we had chosen well! We received clear instructions and information before we arrived and further useful details are in folder. As you enter the villa you feel that you are staying in luxury and you are! The villa is immaculate and has air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.The patio area is great for so fresco dining inc!uding bbq and the roof terrace is a great place to start and end the day with far reaching views over the sea and you can see Gibraltar in the distance! We used the swimming pool a lot and throughout the week were the only ones using it . The villa is walking distance of local bars/restaurants & we walked to lovely beaches nearby. We got a bus to various places including Marbella.We were sorry to leave the villa and have already asked the owners about availability later this year and next☺

“Perfection!”

I do know Kaye and Mark but that does NOT influence my review. The house is in an immaculate condition, furnished much more like a home rather than a holiday rental. The kitchen has been generously filled with every sort of gadget, crockery, cutlery and of course a large fridge/freezer and lovely clean cooker. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms bright and very clean and the best of all as far as we were concerned were the spectacular views from the top patio. Take an early mug of tea up there when the sun rises in the morning, to the front the view is of the pool, beautiful gardens and the sea, to the rear, the huge mountain range and a gold course with loads of pine trees. There is a very comprehensive folder containing every piece of information and advice that you could ever need, so helpful and saves a lots of effort searching out the best restaurants/shops/bars etc. We absolutely loved our stay in the most perfect setting, in a quiet and very safe location with every facility that you might need on your doorstep. We will be back!
