Description

You are sure to have a great vacation at our 3-bed duplex apartment. We are less than five minutes walk from the Carib Playa beach and a few minutes further brings you to the port of Cabopino. For pool lovers, the development has a large "guitar" shaped pool and a separate pool for the toddlers.

There are about a dozen restaurants with walking distance, to suit all budgets. This duplex apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has two terraces. The upstairs bedroom is en-suite and has it's own private terrace (very popular with grandparents!)

Less than 15 minutes drive brings you to Marbella or Fuengerola.

The apartment is equipped with luxury marble flooring throughout, fully equipped kitchens, hot and cold air conditioning, community swimming pools adult and children's surrounded by exotic well manicured community gardens.

The penthouse apartment is perfect for couples, families with children and parties of adults.

The apartment has three bedrooms.On the lower floor there is a en-suite master bedroom with a double bed and a large, second bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor there is another en-suite bedroom with two single beds and a separate terrace.The large lounge/diner is marble floored and has all the equipment you would expect (two sofas, dining table, FREESAT TV, XBOX, DVD, HiFi). There is also a large, wraparound terrace with two loungers and an outside dining table.The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. WiFi is available.

There is a fantastic shared pool and a children's pool. There are wooden umbrellas to offer shade and pool side showers. You are also about five minutes walk from the beach and several beachside restaurants.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol has long been a favourite destination because it offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos generally attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is a bit quieter more family-friendly. There are plenty of water sports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy.

Cabopino

The property is located in a new beach side development and just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 8 minute walk to Puerto Cabopino Marina and its restaurants and bars. A 15 minutes drive to Marbella . Puerto Banus or Fuengirola, 20 minutes direct via dual carriageway from apartment to Malaga Airport. The complex is in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a conservation area, sand dunes and sea. The apartment is overlooking a 9 hole golf course and is 5 minutes drive from some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol .

“an excellent place and will certainly come back”

Smart, clean, comfortable, secure, peaceful and quiet. Good views and very well maintained pool area in beautiful gardens. Reserved underground car park space very helpful as a car is essential for all shopping and best beaches. Only downside was blunt knives for cooking and a broken revolving plate in the microwave but most of all no WiFi which is a pain. Otherwise an excellent place and will certainly come back.

Thanks for your review. We have replaced the knives and the microwave.
