Description

Large self-contained 7 bed, 5 bath villa, next to Cabopino Golf (18 hole), Opposite Cabopino Award Winning Beach & Marina, 12 kilometres from Marbella centre.

Villa is 337m2 built in a 1,410m2 mostly flat plot.

Private garden with large pool and pool bar/dining area.

Sea & mountain views.

Pool table, football table, Wii consul with games, table tennis, chess/card games table, badminton set and a good assortment of board games, books etc.

Free Wi-Fi, Internet T.V. with many channels, DVD and CD player, mobile speakers and docking station

Full aircon/heating

Off-road parking.

Tranquil Koi & turtle pond area.

Very spacious lounge & dining area with real & electric fireplace.

Ample sized bedrooms.

Entrance to the villa is through the picturesque courtyard, an ideal spot to catch the morning sun during breakfast.

All surfaces at the property are cleaned prior to arrival using antibacterial products and all laundry washed at 60 degrees. There is also a supply of antibacterial gel and face masks for your use.

Online food shopping with delivery available.

Children

All the bedrooms are in the one villa, 6 of them are on the ground floor and the ground floor is totally level throughout the villa. There is one bedroom upstairs, but there is a door to this upstairs part and also a baby gate to prevent children from getting upstairs.

The villa is surrounded with a solid wall and so there are no exit points to worry about when all gates and doors are closed. Please note that for Health & Safety reasons, we have had to remove the swings. However, the frame makes a great football goal.....

There is also a transparent safety fence that separates the garden from the pool and koi/turtle pond, however, we always recommend that children are supervised when in the garden.

There are also quite a number of games in the villa for children and adults of all ages.

We DO NOT enter the property to check occupancy, as we respect your privacy whilst you are on holiday. We will only enter the property upon invitation, for safety reasons or any urgent repairs.

Getting around

Airports Malaga International Airport 30 minutes. Gibraltar International Airport 50 minutes. Train Station 10 minutes from Fuengirola Train Station Other 300m to doss. Fine dining (Owned by Da Bruno) 300m to Indian Restaurant 350m to Italian Restaurant (The famous Da Bruno) 300m to stops on main bus route 500m to Marina and beach with many local bars and restaurants 1km to local supermarket and the nearest bank. 10 minutes from Marbella town centre. 15 minutes from Puerto Banus. 20 Minutes from Benalmadena 2hrs 30 min from Sierra Nevada. The villa is on the main bus route from which you can access all areas of the Costa del Sol.

Interaction with guest

There is an English lady called Jane that will be at the villa to show you around and hand you the keys. An English speaking person will be on call for the duration of your stay should you need anything.

“Amazing Villa”

What an amazing villa in a great location! Travelled with a large group and there was more than enough room for everyone. Great outdoor/pool area due to weather we didn’t make use of the bar area but it would be awesome in the summer! Paul answered all my queries before travelling and was very helpful. Jane was great and looked after so well while we were there. Would defo recommend this villa for a large group and hope to visit again another time.
