The property stands in a small development of 49 properties built in a courtyard, approx 200 yards to the sea and 8-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Local bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities are within 5 minutes walk. The property is set up for 6 people with a sofa bed in the living space. On the ground floor is a kitchen, WC and cloakroom, living space, rear private outside area and patio area to the front of property. The first floor comprises of a double bedroom with balcony, family bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a solarium/roof terrace on the top floor. There are sun lounges, tables and chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation within the property. The residents communal pool and jacuzzi are outside the front door of the property. There is air conditioning in the downstairs area and the 2 bedrooms.Satalite TV with English channels and other freeview channels is provided for your entertainment. Cars cannot be taken onto the gated area of the complex, although

The Valencian Country region

The Costa Blanca coast enjoys and average of 300 sunshine days each year.Served by 2 airports at Murcia (about 20/25 minutes away)and Alicante (about 40/50)and served by good motorway and main road connections. The area geherally has all manner of attractions and would appeal to holiday makers of all ages. Many beaches locally have "blue flag" status and are safe for children to play in the sea.There are several good golf courses in the area generally within 10/15 mins drive of the property. There are markets held throughout the week with the main market at La Zenia on a Saturday morning and the Cabo Roig local market on Thursday with a very wide range of items for sale at good prices.Torrevieja is about 11 kilometre away with the attractions of a larger community .

Cabo Roig

The property stands in gated community and is about 200/250 yards to the sea and a short 8 to 10 minute walk to the nearest beach at Cabo Roig.There are other popular beaches at La Zenia ,Cala Capitan and Campoamor within a short walk plus several rocks and coves ideal for sunbathing and /or fishing. There are bars and restaurants about 100/150 yards away from the property offering a wide choice of food and entertainment to meet most tastes and expectations. Other facilies such as supermarkets banks car hire etc are in the same general area. The aqua park is only a short distance away at Torreveieja and there are childrens amusements and for the older ones things such as go-karts within fewminutes drive. The new large La Zenia shopping centre is about 20/25 minutes from of the property.

“COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.”

Just returned from this property with our family of 2 adults, 2 teens and and 11 year old. we had a wonderful time and the property is excellent. it has everything thing you need from the beautiful swimming pool outside the front door and a great barbecue at the back. we hired a car but did not need it as everything was on our doorstep, from the supermarket just down at the end of the road to Cabo Roig strip 2 minutes walk away. There was also a beautiful coastal walk at the end of the road. I would book this property again and have already recommended it to our friends. Everything from the booking procedure to Val and Robbie who met us when we arrived was excellent. Thanks Again and hopefully we will see you next year...
