This is a beautiful modern townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has air conditioning throughout. It is very spacious accomodation with a terrace, balcony, patio and a roof top solarium.
There is a communal pool and jacuzzi.

The house is in a prime location for walking to the beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants as well as visiting other tourist attractions :-Water Parks, Go - Karting, Golf breaks, Spanish Markets, Shopping Complexes and Marinas.

There is a local contact (English speaking) in the resort who is on hand if you have any questions/queries. He can arrange airport transfers and is responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the house on arrival. He will show you around the property and ensure the hot water is switched on prior to your arrival. On the day you are leaving, the house is usually available right up until you leave for the airport, meaning you get to enjoy every last minute of your holiday. The local contact will be able to confirm this when he meets you at the house. (The only time this may not be the case is if someone is arriving at the house on the day you leave. In those circumstances you may need to make the house available for the cleaners to do their job but you can still sit in the garden or around the pool or go for something to eat and your bags will be safe left at the property.) IF OUR CALENDAR SHOWS THAT THE DATES YOU ARE LOOKING AT ARE NOT FREE, PLEASE STILL ENQUIRE AS WE HAVE A SECOND IDENTICAL PROPERTY (3 DOORS AWAY) WITH IDENTICAL RATES AND TERMS. THANKS. CONDITIONS.There is a strict NO SMOKING policy throughout the property.We require a £50 deposit per booking with the balance being due in full 6 weeks prior to the start date. A 100 euro refundable breakages deposit is also required. This is not to cover small items of crockery etc. as the floors are tiled and any dropped items will almost certainly break. It is to cover more serious damage to the property or its fixtures and fittings. This 100 euro deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Plenty of parking is available outside the gates to the community. The house has a small private front garden and a large private patio outside the back door. There is a balcony with a sea view from the master bedroom. There is also a roof solarium with great sea views.

The Valencian Country region

The Costa Blanca is deemed as 'one of the healthiest places to live' thanks to its scarce rainfall and lovely dry climate.

There are fantastic Mediterranean beaches only a few minutes walk away from the house and also the lovely Cabo Roig Marina.

There are several Championship golf courses within a few minutes drive from the house and the famous historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are less than 40 minutes drive away from the house.

La Zenia Boulevard has recently opened and this offers a wonderful shopping experience with restaurants, bars, and rides/entertainment for the children.

There are 2 water parks in the local area but for those wanting to go further afield, Benidorm is 60 minutes drive away where you can visit Terra Mitica and the other exciting water and theme parks.


Cabo Roig

The prestigious Cabo Roig area is a municipal district of Orihuela, which is a town in the province of Alicante. It is situated 10 kilometres south of Torrevieja. Cabo Roig is just a short 2½ hour flight from the UK and is easily serviced by 2 major airports; Alicante and Murcia. The transfer time from Alicante airport is 40 minutes, whilst Murcia airport is just 20 minutes away.

Just a few minutes walk from the house are some of the finest Blue Flag beaches in southern Costa Blanca.
There is a very attractive promenade that stretches along the coast.

There is only a 2-3 minute walk to the "Golden Mile" with a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and shops. In addition there are banks, drug stores and a health care centre near by. A large supermarket is due to open in June 2013 only a short walk from the house.

There are 3 magnificent golf courses in the area, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and Club de Golf Villamartin.
Besides golf there are many other activities near the house such as go-karting, bicycle hire, tennis, water-sports, aqua park, horse riding and the newly opened La Zenia Boulevard.

The house is a 8-10 minute walk from Cabo Roig beach and the beautiful marina.

Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Torrevieja are towns 5-10 min drive away with shopping, markets and different activities. You will find closer description in the house. Torrevieja, which has about 90.000 inhabitants is surrounded by salt lakes that are home to a variety of wildlife including pink flamingos which are protected within the La Mata nature reserve. In Torrevieja there is a large marina, fun fair, promenade which is busy from early evening with street artists and stalls, a harbour walk and many bars, shops and restaurants.
