This STUNNING penthouse apartment is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Cabanas on the Eastern Algarve. With 2 balconies and a spacious roof top SOLARIUM where there is plenty of outside space to enjoy all day sunshine and incredible sunsets. Equipped with air conditioning/ heating to the lounge and bedrooms the apartment is furnished to a VERY HIGH STANDARD.

The Cabanas waterfront is within 20 minutes walk providing excellent shops, bars & restaurants serving local wine and fish at reasonable prices. There are also bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. within a five minute walk.

Cabanas has clear waters, blue lagoons and clean golden sands. The beach is accessed by a two minute water taxi ride, and the beach never seems to get too crowded.

Wifi can be arranged for an additional charge, payable locally.

There is a compulsory meet and greet service, there is a small charge for this, also payable locally.

“Fantastic apartment & location”

Had a fabulous week at this apartment. Lovely furnishings, beautifully clean and well laid out. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making it perfect for guests. The pool area is also well maintained and really clean and was quiet when I was there, so was brilliant for lazy afternoons. Well stocked shops just a short walk away. The village is also within easy walking distance and has plenty of restaurants and bars for every evening to be a different venue if desired, but also had a super bbq at the apartment one evening - the roof terrace was perfect for this. I also went to Tavira by train (which was a 5 minute walk to the platform from the apartment - trains very clean and cheap) and had a lovely day there .... lots to see but without being too busy and felt very safe the whole time. Fantastic.

Stunning apartment for a truely relaxing week in gorgeous surroundings. Apartment has everything you need and more. 2 big bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Fully equipt kitchen. But the highlight is the amazing roof terrece where you can watch the world go by from morning to night. Ideal location with a 10 stroll you can get down to the beach (truely on of the best beach you will find)and a pick of restaurarts with everything from pizza to fresh fish. A 2 minute walk takes you to the train station which is great for exploring or the next stop is Tavira. If you want a luxury relaxing break then this apartment in Cabanas is the one. We will be back

The apartment was nice and clean and had two good size bedrooms and two good size bathrooms .We loved the rooftop area and eating breakfast outside on the ground floor balcony

“Great apartment”

My wife and I booked this at the last minute, and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. The actual block was a little quiet, (not too many holiday makers I guess), but this was a good thing as far as we were concerned. There are numerous bars and restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk of the apartment, and a 15 minute walk to the sea-front showed that there were many more around. We can recommend A Velha Casa, on Rua 25 de Abril. There is a very good bar, the Old Barrel in a complex just the other side of the railway station, in the same complex is an excellent restaurant, Vert 'in. We had dinner there on my wife's birthday and the French proprietress saw me give my wife a bangle as her gift. She came over and asked to see it, and when she saw that it was inscribed "Toi, et seulement toi" (You and only you) she asked why was it in French. When I explained my family's French connections, we launched into a long conversation in French which culminated in a special free birthday chocolate dessert for my wife, and a large top shelf cognac for both of us. That's what I call good P.R.!

Just returned from this Penthouse, I went with my husband and two teenage sons. The apartment was equipped with everything , even a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartments decor was lovely so relaxing and you certainly felt spoilt being in such a place. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of plug points and clean. There was a balacony and private roof top terrace with lovely views. The pool was cleaned weekly, and the boys used it daily. Cabanas in lovely for the evening, where you can relax over dinner watching the boats in the harbour. All in all perfect break, felt very safe no riff raff, and will definately be returning next year, really didnt want to leave. Thank you

Had a wonderful weeks holiday staying in the penthouse apartment. Beautifully decorated, with air con, very clean, plenty of seating areas, and extremely secure. The rooms were very comfortable with no outside noise. A really nice quiet venue to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Shops, supermarket, cash machines, were all within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into Cabanas of an evening via the Hairy Lemon Pub who employed very friendly staff, their food was delicious, and their Sagres lager only one euro too!! The beach was only a boat taxi ride away which you take from Cabanas sea front, stunning beach which is well worth a visit. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment - really enjoyed our holiday. Thanks ever so much!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
