Description

A fabulous apartment situated within the very popular and modern resort of Cabans Beach Club, Apartment Polina offers a wonderful holiday home with many added extras.

Situated at first floor level and overlooking the gardens of the resort the apartment is set in a great location. Upon entering the apartment it opens up into a pleasant living space with a dining table and four chairs, a large comfortable sofa that can be used as a sofa bed for one adult or children. The flat screen television offers a selection of European channels and there is WIFI throughout the apartment and included in the price of your holiday.

A galley style kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, crockery and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bedroom has a large double bed with side tables and reading lamps. There is the added comfort of a small balcony with shutters, plenty or wardrobe space and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, bidet, basin and toilet.

Apartment Polina is well furnished and well equipped, shutters on the windows offer the chance to keep the apartment cool in the summer. Air conditioning throughout the apartment can be used to keep cool in the summer and has the facility to heat in the winter.

French windows with sliding doors offer access to the terrace form both the kitchen and living area. The private terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, a bbq and sun loungers to enjoy the pleasant Algarve sun.

Apartment Polina has the added extra of a private roof terrace offering fabulous views across Cabanas and the sea.

Cabanas Beach Resort is set in a perfect location just a small walk from the sea front and the flotilla of boats ready to take you across to the beach Island of white sand and crystal blue sea. Set right in the heart of Cabanas there is no need to hire a car as there are plenty of travel links but also all you need within walking distance with plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and more.

The resort also has the added extra of private and secure underground parking. The complex is also very private with security gates giving you the added comfort of a safe environment.

How do damage deposits work?
