Cabanas Beach apartment is on the ground floor (only the ground floor apartments have direct access to the pool without having to leave the complex) - ideal for small children - with large terrace leading directly to the pool and sunbathing area unlike all apartments on first and second floors who do not have direct access to the pool and sunbathing area. Two spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and luxurious leather corner sofa unit in the lounge which doubles as a sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children). The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Football table and table tennis table in communal area. Newly opened Gym for use of all guests staying in the complex.

The apartment is just a two minute walk from the traffic free esplanade, quiet and peaceful it is within easy reach of all amenities, yet only 10 minutes from the larger picturesque town of Tavira. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and the train station is approximately a 10 minute walk. The communal swimming pool enjoys full sunshine throughout the day and is gated for use solely by guests of the complex (23 apartments) and landscaped with lawns and flower beds. Golfers have 3 courses within a 10 minute drive and Spain is a mere 20 minute drive.

The apartment is perfect for families and golfers alike. The apartment being on the ground floor is ideal for families and on the terrace leading to the pool there is a lockable gate for safety. The apartment is accessed from the lobby area and entry is controlled via an intercom system, all windows have shutters for shade and security and the front door door has multi point locks, the apartment is fitted with smoke alarm. Cot and high chair hire available and payable locally. Games, books and DVDs. There is a cool bag for use at the beach.

“Beautiful apartment”

This apartment really has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spotlessly clean and is big so the 4 of us had plenty of space. The outdoor area was fantastic! We loved the pool and table tennis. The area of cabanas is a quiet location with plenty of restaurants and cafes that you can get good meals or/and drinks. The apartment is right behind the main sea front next to it all, so handy. If you are looking to party it wouldn't be for you but for us it was perfect for a family holiday. Catching the bus to Tavira in a must, it is really beautiful there. You can also book day trips to places like Zoomarine ect from a shop along the sea front which was great. We will definitely return as it really is the most relaxing holiday I have had! Thank you Denise for your hospitality.

“Fantastic apartment, Cabanas is a hidden gem”

From the moment we were met at the airport by the manager of the apartment Jeff, we knew we had made the best decision. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, the terrace leads direct to the sunbathing and pool area. There is a gym on site which we used when the sun went down. Cabanas is a hidden gem in the Algarve, the beach is miles and miles of golden sand reached via a fishing boat - very quaint. We never had a bad meal in all our stay, the restaurants in Cabanas are wonderful and the information Denise provided in the apartment on where to eat was very helpful. There is instructions for use of all the equipment in the apartment - I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Will be returning as soon as possible.

Everything in our stay was perfect. Once again we loved the house, the proximity to the pool, the quietness of the surroundings. The appartment is well furnished and had everything we needed. Definitely come back again!

Second visit to this apartment and it is great, Very well stocked and easy to live in. travelled as a solo traveler this time , apartment very safe secure and easy access to the village . Great restaurants very close Pool lovely and Would recommend the pick up and drop of from the airport from Wendy and Jeff so easy Thank you Ann

We stayed at Denise's apartment for a week in June. The apartment is lovely. Modern, clean and spacious, it everything we needed for the week. The pool area was nice and quiet, and caught the sun for most of the day. The complex is just a few minutes walk away from the promenade and there is plenty of choice of local restaurants and bars in the area. We took the bus into Tavira, the bus stop is just around the corner. Would definitely come back again, we all had a lovely relaxing week. Denise, Jeff and Wendy were all extremely helpful and made the whole trip hassle free!

Excellent, very large apartment. Spotlessly clean and very well equpped. Just a few steps to the nice pool. Very good quiet location, but close to beach, boardwalk, bars and restaurants. Beautiful outlook from boardwalk to island-sheltered sea front with boats and wildlife. Easy access to rest of East Algarve and West Andalucia, Spain. Cabanas locals are very friendly. Wonderful food and drink Didn't want to come home

Really enjoyed our stay there,the apartment is very clean, spacious and well stocked. I liked being met by Tom and Julie who showed us how everything worked which really helped. It is well situated for shade or sun on the patio and the pool just steps away. It is only a few minutes walk to the village. Highly recommended

The apartment is very nice for four persons, spacious and well equipped. it is well situated, very near the sea and the wonderful promenade along the sea shore. we have been friendly welcome and a lot of information has been given. A folder with relevant and useful information on the possibilities (e.g. restaurants) offered in Cabanas is provided. i will strongly recommend this apartment as a lovely place to stay for nice holidays.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Very comfortable beds and linen and relaxing lounge area. Lovely patio with access to the pool. Wonderful for having breakfast in the morning sunshine and relaxing at night with a drink. Apartment is within walking distance of supermarket, boardwalk,restaurants and shops. There is a ferry to take you over to the beach, which is lovely, miles of golden sand and small cafe for drinks and snacks. Cabanas is a lovely Portuguese town, but has the feel of a small fishing village. It's only a short drive to Tavira and within twenty minutes you can be in Spain. This was our second visit to Cabanas and this apartment and we would recommend .

We stayed for the first two weeks of October with our two year old and eight month old baby. We had fantastic weather the whole time we were there. The apartment is cool, spacious and well equipped. The location was great- restaurants and supermarket nearby. It was on the ground floor and felt safe and secure in an apartment complex with a gated patio area so the kids could not get out. The pool was just outside and although a bit cool (the sea was warmer!) it was gorgeous, clean and we had it to ourselves most days. The beach was very easy to get to (a quick boat ride) and perfect for young children. Lovely holiday!
