Property information:

The lOfT is located at a family condo in the city of Buzios. The city is about 120 miles east of Rio de Janeiro. Reaching Buzios is pretty straight forward from Rio International Airport. After reservation is done you will receive an email with all possible transportation options from Rio de Janeiro to Búzios. Perfect for couples with or without kids who search for a safe, peaceful and calm vacation escape. From the property you can just walk to 2 different beaches, Manguinhos and Geriba. Geriba is the most famous beach in the city. Awesome for surf and windsurf. Manguinhos is on the north side of the peninsula. Warm and calm waters for the kids and ideal for a romantic walk at sunset. The condo has a luxurious swimming pool with a small jacuzzi and an underwater entrance to the sauna, tennis court, beautiful gardens, small pond with colorful fish, barbecue grill, game room with snooker, table tennis and more, 24/7 security and parking lot available.

Rooms descriptions:

Master bedroom upstairs with double (full) bed, full bathroom with a sky window allowing you to have a shower while watching the sky and clouds passing by, air conditioner, 24 in LED TV and large window with garden view. Downstairs you will find a sofa bed for two, air conditioner, ceiling fan, 24 in LCD TV, full equiped kitchen and one bathroom. The porch has an inviting hammock and very comfortable chairs. The kitchen has fridge, cooktop and microwave. Satellite TV (some channels available also in english) with full package of movies, kids channels, news, entertainment, sports, music, radios, you name it. All the windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside you will find a private lounge area with wood deck, outdoor shower, comfy chairs, sofa and a table with umbrella.

Note: the master suite has a set of glass doors and curtains that can make the room completely private.


To the east you will find a small shopping with the small restaurants, pet shop, hair and nail saloon, etc. Also there are the 3 supermarkets in town, bank, drug store, gym, etc. Walking on the beach you can reach a gastronomic complex called "Porto da Barra" with many options of exquisite food to choose from. To the west there are gas stations with 24/7 convenience stores. If you want to go to downtown which is only 10 minutes away by car there are mini vans passing by each 2 minutes right in front of the lOfT at only R$ 2,80 a head or you may consider renting a car or buggy.

I will personally great you at your arrival date. I will present you to your lOfT, talk a little bit about Buzios and the surroudings, give some tips and answer any questions you still have. That´s why I always recommend you to arrive during normal hours because I will present you to the lOfT regardless of you time of arrival. Remember, you are renting a house. It is not a hotel. Same way on the day of your departure I will personally be there to say goodbye to you and your family.
