Road biking lovers will find the small roads in inland Istria quiet even in high season, and they are perfect to explore the numerous tiny Italianesque hamlets and villages and admire the views
.
Dining choices are spectacular! Award-winning restaurants, like 'Zigante', 'Toklarija' and many more, serve fresh truffle or wild asparagus or wild mushroom dishes daily in the nearby towns and villages. We recommend you try the local “konobas”………..fresh seasonal country food and local wines……….wonderful and very affordable prices!

“Center of Mediterrenean Paradise”

Reviewed 26 Jun 2016

You will visit a nice and quiet apartment on highest comfort levels, incl. WIFI, a fully functional kitchen, everything is new and clean. In front of the apartment a romatic garden and terrace is part of your home. The small village Brest is located in the centre of Istria half hour away from tourist centres like Rijeka or Opatija but close enough to all sighseeing goals. Half an hour to the east cost and their beaitiful islands, and one hour to Istrias westcoast. If you want you are free to do biking tours through the beautiful landscape of Istria. Al und Nora are really nice hosts, they give you all information you need for local attractions and sightseeing points. In the evening you can relax on the terrasse of your apartment and enjoy the quiet of the little village. Sometimes a shepherd comes by on a chat, the location is extremely relaxing.

Owner's reply: Thanks, Harry, for your review. It is lovely that you enjoyed Istria, as much as we do. We really enjoyed having you visit us here. Please come back any time! Many thanks, Nora and Al
