Description

Our luxury yurt is situated in a wild flower meadow and yong orchard and only a short drive to glastonbury town, the tor, starling murmurations and lovely walks. The yurt is a beautiful and romantic alternative to a b&b and the most relaxing experience within nature. You have the whole field and facilities to yourself unlike ither glamping sites. Our yurt is well set up to a very high standard and is more like a five star hotel. The modern and stylish outdoor kitchen and shower room are works of art. It was our bedroom for four years and l miss sleeping in it so much, come and stay and you’ll see why .. and you’ll come back for more !

This is an eco retreat, it’s for a relaxed getaways only. No parties but inviting friends for dinner parties is ok.
We provide all showering eco products or you can bring your own if they are eco products, as the shower water feeds our willows. We ask guests to leave the yurt and facilities as they find them.

“Our Honeymoon Retreat”

Having just got married and with only a few days off work we decided to give the hotel trade and foreign lands a miss and try something different that was on my wife's bucket list.However, I need to add that sleeping in a yurt was not on my bucket list as I prefer the hotel option ! Can my opinion change? Honestly, if you like the fresh air and peace and quiet of the countryside you will enjoy your stay at the yurt. The yurt is warm and welcoming with a charming decor that is peaceful, tranquil and most importantly clean. The adjoining "wooden hut" that is the kitchen and dining room is amazing and fitted out with good quality appliances and utensils. The shower hut is ingenious and once in the shower you do not want to get out of the fast flowing hot water. With Glastonbury just 5 minutes away and after a busy day sightseeing you can look forward to a peaceful nights sleep in your yurt. Would I/we stay here again? Have I changed my opinion ? yes we would and yes I have !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
