Description

Ours is a modern yet relaxing family home with a spacious garden including an outdoor bath and shower. There is an expansive deck with electric sun awning and bbq plus a beautiful Peppi tree to sit beneath. There is even an outdoor WC adjacent to the entertaining area. Our herb garden is freely available to you. An outdoor fire can be used when fire regulations permit.

Our home has 4 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and 2 beautiful bathrooms with heated towel rails and a deep bathtub. We have an open plan kitchen with a large dining table and a kitchen island with seating. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and opens onto the deck and garden. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Double bed & Bedroom 4 contains two Single beds (one of which is a fold-out bed). These single beds are not suited to extra large adults. There is a porta-cot and highchair for use by a baby or toddler.

Most importantly, we are ever so close to beautiful and quiet beaches, as well as playing fields and shops. What is more we are in the heart of an enormous wine growing region and there is easy access to outdoor attractions such as mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking and plenty more.

Only a 2 minute drive from the city centre. 2 minute walk to the beach and of course the amazing wineries and breweries start just up the road. We have travelled all over the world but nothing can compare to this experience we had at Lily and Marks beautiful home. PETS: we welcome a maximum of 2 small dogs (1 medium) provided they stay outdoors and you clean up after them please. Puppies are not suited to our property.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO DIGITAL TV but we provide truckloads of films & a TV screen with DVD player. We also offer jigsaws & board games. Our house is a haven of peace and tranquility where families come to escape the digital age and enjoy each other's company.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: This is a self-catering property and so we do not provide pantry items, clothes washing powder, etc. We do of course provide high end appliances such as a BOSCH front loading washing machine AND separate drier, 90cm gas hob & electric oven, large dishwasher, microwave, double fridge/freezer, etc. In Winter we provide enough logs, matches and firelighters for the first fire, after which guests will need to stock up from the local service station or corner store (very close by). There is a powerful split cycle system if guests would prefer to heat our home the easy way.

LASTLY: parking is on the drive and the garage is not available to guests. Bikes can be wheeled down the side of the house and stored under cover on our deck or in the shed at the bottom of the garden.
