Description

Causeway Coast Country House is set in an idyllic location 3 miles outside Bushmills yet is within 10 minutes of the busy towns of Coleraine and Ballymoney. Close to the Causeway Coast it is not unusual to awaken to the sounds of wild pheasants calling as they stroll through the gardens or adjacent fields. We now offer free WiFi and a Smart TV. The house was completely redecorated from top to bottom and we installed ultra comfortable pocket sprung mattresses throughout.

We are less than 15 minutes drive from Royal Portrush Golf club which hosts the 2019 Open Champtionship and we have a multitude of parkland and links courses all within 20 minutes. For Game of Thrones fans the Dark Hedges are only 5 miles away.

It was completed in 2010 and is designed purely with holidaymakers in mind with generous gardens, designer kitchen and utility room, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room and sun room to sit and enjoy unspoiled views of the surrounding countryside. Step out the double doors from the sun room to a south facing 238 sq. ft patio to enjoy a barbecue, coffee or to just take in the peace and quiet.

After a days relaxing you can refresh in the main bathroom which contains a pressurised tower shower with 6 side jets before deciding which of the many local restaurants (which we can book in advance for you) to try.

We can book private tours with Dalriada Kingdom tours who cover tourist areas throughout Northern Ireland and specialize in North Coast attractions such as Dunluce Castle, Giant's Causeway, Carrick a Rede rope bridge, The Dark Hedges etc.

The luxurious designer kitchen includes all equipment, cutlery and crockery that you can imagine and also has a coffee machine as well as usual facilities.The bedrooms are all generously proportioned and are 3 double rooms each of which can easily take a cot, 1 twin room and a single bedroom. The main bathroom has a massive 1800mm long tower shower with side jets. The ensuite shower is also generously sized at 1200mm long with the inclusion of another shower room upstairs so there is no need for a queue at any time.The sunroom has 2 twin sofas with twin doors opening up on to the private garden and patio with extensive views of the countryside or if you want to watch TV the lounge has a widescreen Smart TV for Netflix, Freeview or DVD.

All linen, crockery, towels are included in your rental price.

A car is probably your best option although we are close to the main bus route between Ballymoney and Bushmills and local taxi firms are reasonably priced.

“Wonderful House! Loads of Room. Close to everything!”

This Wonderful house is on the outskirts of Bushmills. A short drive from Bushmills, Portstewart, Portrush, Giants Causeway, Carrick a rede rope bridge and the Game of Thrones Dark Hedges Road and Location Beaches. So very well placed. The house it self it lovely and clean, with great space and very well equipped. You could not ask for more. The owners are nearby ready to help if there are any small issues. You will be more than happy booking this house! We were and we would definitely go back!

This is a great house, wonderfully equipped. Very clean and roomy, great showers! Amazing views over the countryside. This house is a fantastic base for visiting The Giants Causeway, The Carrick-a-rede Bridge, Dunluce Castle, Portstewart & Portrush. Wonderful hosts, very helpful!

Had a short stay in this cottage though its better described as a house due to the size inside. Very spacious but still cosy and the coal fire in living room was nice to have. Great location and would love to go back in summer time with good weather. Host Darren was very helpful with taxis and offering help with anything we needed. Highly recommended

Stayed for a week in this cosy house! Plenty of space for everyone! 2year old loved all the space and playing outside with her bubbles! Lovely having sheep so close which daughter also loved. Sharon & Darren were very helpful and we couldn't have asked for nicer people! Thanks for a lovely stay!

excellent, clean and modern cottage with great countryside surroundings with fantastic views. Our hosts could not do enough for us even to the extent of giving us assistance after our car broke down. We have 4 young children and with such a safe environment we were able to let them go explore the surrounding area which they enjoyed very much.
