Find the perfect balance of fun and relaxation: wake to the sound of bird song and the sight of horses and cattle grazing in nearby fields in a beautiful traditional Irish cottage which was built circa 1900 and is situated within walking distance of the ceol, ol agus craic (music, drink and fun) in Doolin's world-renowned pubs.
Abhaile (the Irish word for 'home') Cottage has been lovingly restored and equipped with all of the modern comforts to make yours an enjoyable stay in this 'home away from home'. It has a modern fully-equipped kitchen, with an electric hob and cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, washer / dryer, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
There is one double and one twin bedroom with comfy traditional-style wrought-iron beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower so that you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a day's sight-seeing. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.
The spacious living room contains dining and lounge areas for six people. A high-chair is provided for our younger guests. The room is divided by a traditional solid-fuel stove which powers the heating for the cottage and can be used as an open fire - just the thing to welcome you home! A stereo with CD and radio, and a TV and DVD are provided in case you wish to relax with some music or a movie in front of the fire at the end of your day.
