"Pleasant, clean cottage"
We enjoyed a seven night stay at Mill House Cottage with our two children aged 10 and 9. The cottage was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Upon arrival we received a lovely breakfast hamper including essentials to get you started without having to rush to the shops. The cottage is located in a quiet village and is central to Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Southwold. There is a lovely pub in the village within walking distance and a short drive to the swimming pool situated at The Waveney Centre (free of charge to those who stay at Mill House Cottage). We will definitely be staying again and would recommend this to families or couples.

"Excellent Cosy Cottage"
A warm welcome from Gemma and Chris who have gone out their way to make the Cottage inviting and cosy. The bed linen and towels are fresh and white, the bed is comfortable. The welcome breakfast pack is a lovely surprise. Every detail has been thought about to make your stay a pleasant time. I have no hesitation to recommend Mill Cottage to anyone. It is close to Waveney Leisure Centre which has plenty to do including shop, pub and pool. The cottage is ideally situated for walks and sightseeing Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

"Lovely cottage, run by lovely people in a lovely location"
We found the cottage very comfortable and ideal in size for the two of us. It's been decorated and equipped to a high standard and was beautifully clean. The welcome package of food items was much appreciated. The owners, who live next door, are very welcoming and helpful. The location is quiet - just a hamlet - very peaceful and just what we wanted. We enjoyed strolling along the narrow, largely car-free lanes. There's a nice pub nearby, and a short car ride took us to Beccles, and other local attractions. We'd certainly think of going back here.

"Luxury accomodation in great location for coast, Broads & Norwich"
Beautifully decorated & furnished, spotlessly clean, this cottage was perfect for our family holiday (2 adults & 2 children age 3 & 5). The welcome hamper was a real treat & saved us from having to go out to buy provisions on our first morning (it included milk, fresh bread, local sausages & bacon, fresh fruit & a bottle of wine!). I loved the luxurious towels & fresh white bed linen - the attention to detail and finishing touches really make this place extra special. Highlights of our week included Southwold (perfect beach for sandcastles, ice creams, colourful beach huts, fish & chips, Adnams Brewery shop...); Walberswick (crabbing, sand dunes); Sutton Hoo (National Trust Anglo Saxon site with cool archaeological digging bit for the children!) & Norwich. Also loved the river & boats close by at the Waveney Centre, with the added bonus of free use of the swimming pool. Still lots more that we would like to do so we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Gemma & Chris for our warm welcome & thoroughly enjoyable stay.

"Excellent property & location!"
A lovely cosy cotage with luxurious towels and bedding, ( which is how my wife rates her stays!) this receives 10 out of 10! A welcome pack consisting of fresh local breakfast foods, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine is a lovely touch. You can tell that a lot of time and thought has gone into making this a place you can relax and recharge your batteries! Think it would be a bit cramped to sleep 4 but for a couple it is a very nice place to stay with lots to do within a short drive.

"Everything we wanted in a holiday let"
Mill House Cottage is very beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room and the facilities were good with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and we appreciated the welcome hamper that was provided. It is situated in a good position with plenty of places to go and there are lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Reference to places to go we found in the helpful welcome pack. Lovely local pub serving good food and takeaway service is a very short walk away.
