No excuse to leave the clubs at home !!The two-storey semi-detached design features a double-height entrance hall with stairs leading up to a balustraded walkway and balcony. The walkway continues to the spacious south-facing master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and to the second bedroom with en suite shower room. Patio doors lead out from the master bedroom to an upper terrace where you can enjoy the evening sunshine. Pull up a chair and enjoy the outstanding views to the East of the second upper terrace. On one side of the entrance hall at ground level is an additional bedroom and shower room, together with the main south-facing living area, double doors lead from the living area to a sheltered lower terrace. While on the other side the open-plan kitchen and dining area, double doors lead to the pool and patio area where the sun shines all day, great for a bbq day or night. The private pool is on the corner of the plot sheltered by climbing shrubs and a hardwood trellis.
