A stay at this Marine Court apartment is an opportunity to enjoy first rate accommodation set against a backdrop of Ocean views and the rugged Donegal landscape, situated on the Wild Atlantic way route.

It's ideal central location will appeal to families, couples, city-escapees, surfers, golfers and anyone else wishing to either relax or enjoy many types of on hand adventures! Just 2 minutes from Bundoran's main street with it's lively bars and excellent restaurants, and 300 yards from the Waterworld Sports Centre & main beach area and amusement park, there is something for everyone and visitors of all ages.

Bundoran is known as Ireland's Surf Capital and the location is an ideal base for surfing, as well as golfing, horse riding, deep sea angling, cycling and walking holidays.

This newly refurbished high spec Apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, hall and bathroom. Modern kitchen with all necessary mod-cons. New 40" TV and DVD player in the lounge. The bathroom has a bath with shower fitted over it. Linen and towels provided. The Apartment complex has CCTV security and free private parking area (not guaranteed in peak times, but ample car parking available next to the complex for only 3 euros a day, 9.00am-6.00pm - free outside of these hours).

Daily electricity usage and cleaning fees included in the overall rental price. Security deposit €200.00, refundable as soon as apartment has cleared check out procedure, and as per Trip Advisor refund policy.

Strictly No Smoking/Vaping and sorry, no pets!
