Our newly built self-catered Casita with swimming pool is of a modern construction and, blends well with the rustic style of this area together with the main house and surrounding properties. It is nestled in the countryside of Bullas, (Murcia) within the National Park and Protected Area of Outstanding Beauty. Our visitors have free, private and secure parking at the property.

The Casita is bright and beautifully decorated and furnished and, comfortably sleeps 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin both with en-suite shower rooms. There is an American style kitchen which is equipped with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs and 2 very comfortable sofas in the lounge area.

The television with integrated DVD player has U.K free-view channels and some Spanish channels. The TV can also play CD's but if you want to listen to your own music we advise that you bring these on a pen-drive which you can put into a stand-alone speaker box. In the casita, there are some DVD's, CD's, books and games for your enjoyment whilst staying at the Casita.

We also give our visitors free unlimited WiFi.

The pool is enclosed by baby/child safety fencing for the security of young children. The poolside terrace is equipped with sufficient furniture to allow our visitors to relax and enjoy a glass or two, of our local Bullas wine, whilst taking in the wonderful unspoilt countryside views. Within the mature garden area, there are plenty of seating and shaded areas to escape the sun if you so desire and, it is safe secure and surrounded by beautiful plants and trees.

We are unable to accept pets and you are informed that responsible smoking is only allowed outside the Casita, taking care to ensure cigarettes are extinguished and, disposed of carefully and appropriately.

We do not have a set change-over day as our visitors are worldwide.

Getting around

We would recommend our visitors to rent a hire car at their arrival airport for the duration of their holiday as during the summer months, it is not advisable to walk into the centre of town or anywhere too far, due to the high temperatures. It is quite possible to get around in the cooler months without a car, especially if you enjoy walking however, we have 4 bicycles which can be hired and we are always happy to drop guests into town whenever we are going there or pick them up if we are in town at the same time. We also have a taxi service in the Town. There is a good bus service which travels between Caravaca De la Cruz and Central Murcia daily. It's a great way to see a little more of some of the towns and villages along the route.

Interaction with guest

As we live on site, we are here to greet our visitors and to welcome them to their holiday home and to beautiful Bullas. We respect our visitors privacy and during their stay, they know we are here and can call on us for help or advice at any time but know that their space is private to them. We try to tend to the swimming pool and garden/grounds when our visitors are out but in any event we always explained our routine to our visitors from day one. Mainly however, most of our visitors like to spend a little time chatting with us, finding out about all manner of things from local walks, best areas / towns to visit, the nicest restaurant to gathering information about local events and fiestas during their stay.

From the booking, to our arrival and throughout out stay, both Donna and Nigel went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease. Their extensive knowledge of the area and suggested activities were very helpful. The casita is immaculate and has everything you need. There is plenty of outside space, including an amazing pool (the highlight of our 3 year old sons holiday) Would definitely recommend.
